If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

Hi. I could not get straight to the traders room today. Normally I click on "Traders Room" from the home page, I am then routed to the login screen where my details appear automatically. I then click "log in" and am routed on to the traders room page.
Today, after the log in page, I kept ending up with a blank page instead of the traders room.
To get round it, I closed/re-opened the browser (IE), went to your home page. Clicked on "log in", logged in, after which I was routed back to the home page. Then, having already logged in, clicked on "Traders Room" and all was fine.
Sorry if you already know about this problem, but I couldn't see any notes about it.
It's the first time since launch I've had a problem, and have not changed anything on my setup, so I guess something has changed at your end ?
Cheers.

Just applied a fix to a small problem reported on some graphs (thanks Kayak).
If you draw a graph of something which hasn't changed over the time plotted
(e.g. JEL over the last year, or anything intraday just after the market's
opened) you now get a line with a sensible scale on the left hand side,
rather than a blank graph: i.e. still not a very exciting graph but it
at least tells you what the constant value is.
Now trying to concentrate on streaming charts,
Felix

Jeffmack,
That would have been us clearing a rogue order off the L2 screen.
If you refresh you should be ok now - let me know if not.
