There is nothing to be gained by this case proceeding. The country has more than enough division as it is, although I do have a lot of sympathy for those families who lost kin in the war. I remember at the time that I was in favor of action against Saddam for fooling around with the North and South no-fly zones. Maybe that irritation was preferable to what followed but Saddam played with fire and everyone got burnt.
