MELDEX. Double your money- quicktime. (MDX)

kitosdad - 12 Dec 2007 16:20

The engines have fired up at last for MDX. ( BPRG ) At long last they are being recognised for the force they will become over the next two years. On the cusp of disclosing huge revenue-earning deals with Global pharmacists. These have been hinted at as being unrolled before the years end, but may be in the next days. You still have time to get in at a bargain-basement price before the SP takes off for real shortly.

Move on from MDX for your own sake. You have nothing to say on any other company bar this and never have done. You're jst another muppet who threw their kitchen sink into this.

By all means stay on here spouting drivel. I like a good laugh now and then, and you are the perfect foil. ;-))

Were James Morrison and Nelly Furtado holders too tabby ???

Go dim the lights , get your certificates .... and weep.

Let me hold you for the last time
It's the last chance to feel again
But you broke me, now I can't feel anything

When I love you and so untrue
I can't even convince myself
When I'm speaking it's the voice of someone else

Oh, it tears me up
I tried to hold on but it hurts too much
I tried to forgive but it's not enough
To make it all okay

You can't play our broken strings
You can't feel anything
That your heart don't want to feel
I can't tell you something that ain't real

Oh, the truth hurts and lies worse
How can I give anymore
When I love you a little less than before?

Oh, what are we doing?
We are turning into dust
Playing house in the ruins of us

Running back through the fire
When there's nothing left to say
It's like chasing the very last train
When it's too late, too late

Oh, it tears me up
I tried to hold on but it hurts too much
I tried to forgive but it's not enough
To make it all okay

You can't play our broken strings
You can't feel anything
That your heart don't want to feel
I can't tell you something that ain't real

Oh, the truth hurts and lies worse
How can I give anymore
When I love you a little less than before?

But we're running through the fire
When there's nothing left to say
It's like chasing the very last train
When we both know it's too late, too late

You can't play our broken strings
You can't feel anything
That your heart don't want to feel
I can't tell you something that ain't real

Oh, the truth hurts and lies worse
So how can I give anymore
When I love you a little less than before?
Oh, you know that I love you a little less than before

Let me hold you for the last time
It's the last chance to feel again

Big Al - 13 Aug 2009 15:48 - 7890 of 8631

You're definitely a better clown than a poet, Tabatha. I'm currently pulling in an honest dayrate after 2 months at home. ;-)))))

Anyway, when do we find out about this (modified, then modified again) shambles? ROFLMAO!

With the conversion price dropped to 2p (and the management not prepared to budge from that), the options performance target was adjusted to take account of the potential huge number of extra authorised shares, and the strike price for the options was also reduced x 5 times to 2p. Fair enough you might say.

But in addition the management are now intending to award themselves MASSIVE numbers of options, claiming a spurious link to the original percentage of the total shares that the original bundle of options represented.

They have the same opportunity as every other shareholder to protect their current shareholding against dilution by participating in the SLN. What does not make a logical argument is that their options numbers should be protected against the effects of dilution.

They awarded themselves a stack of options, not a percentage of the company (unless you believe that the original stack was chosen because it was 9-point-something percent of the company).

Why should they be looking to prevent dilution of a holding they dont even have, while at the same time contributing further to the dilution which the vast majority of shareholders will be subject to?

The answer seems to be that it will make their own exit strategy so much easier to accomplish without the additional upfront risk being asked (demanded?) of the rest of us.

I was horrified to find that D_il agreed with me on a detail! I do not want to be associated with that worm.

Dill is a pisshead, always had problems with the sauce, should be in rehab!
It will never learn to stay orf the keyboard when smashed....

mdxshareholder - 16 Aug'09 - 23:17 - 15948 of 15969

longjOhn, I think that you are being extremely naive if you think that BJM and GC are going to let this go bust. GC is not going to walk away from 1.4m. BJM and his mates are so over-exposed in their underwater shareholdings that my guess is that personal bankruptcies will be some of their ends if this salvage doesn't work. BJM said that he'd walk if the 6m/10p CLN didn't work, but he's here. He said that he'd walk if the 6m/2p CLN didn't work, but he's still here. Has he not cried wolf enough times yet? I'm 100% confident in my mind that the both of them will run up all their personal credit cards, and apply for more, before they let this go bust. Thus why should I as a shareholder be willing to bend over and take one, when they need the company to survive as badly as I do. Give them options, and give them salaries, but make them reasonable and cancel BJM's 1.4m "oh I forgot" debt. If they did that and something better than the 2p massive dilution, they would get my blessing. I'm all for saving the company and I understand that dilution is required, but there's reasonable and then there's this.

Big Al - 17 Aug 2009 08:17 - 7895 of 8631

It's nice to pick and choose, Tabatha. ;-)))))))))))) Currently 31C here. How about Gillingham? LOL!

The real question is does MDX have yet another "BoD", if you can call a couple of debtors a BoD, that can't count either well or quickly?

It probably doesn't matter, mind you. ROFLMAO! Certainly looks like the penny's dropping, jm. Wasn't Dil banned from the thread for trying to get an answer to that question?

As usual, hear no evil, see no evil MDX shareholders ......................... and that includes that dumbass Twitchet. ;-0

Big Al - 17 Aug 2009 08:18 - 7896 of 8631

As for "Fu*k me", Tabatha, ask your BoD because it's coming. ROFLMAO!

BJM
How much was pledged to the SLN at 11th Aug?

B J Muncaster - 17 Aug'09 - 07:41 - 15975 of 15985

jeffmack,

Why are you interested? You're not a shareholder.

hilary - 17 Aug 2009 10:13 - 7898 of 8631

What happened to Jeffmack 1 and the other 38 Big Als? Just curious.

jeffmack - 17 Aug 2009 10:51 - 7899 of 8631

I was in disguise with jeffmack2

Dil - 17 Aug 2009 12:43 - 7900 of 8631

Me too as D_il but I think I've been rumbled.

I see BM has forgot to answer my questions again and it appears more and more of his supporters are now questioning the 1.4 million "debt" to him that he forgot about and the increase in options he and GC have decided to award themselves.

Big Al - 17 Aug 2009 16:04 - 7901 of 8631

The other 38 are on vacation whilst I'm at work - same place mind. ;-)))

tabasco - 18 Aug 2009 08:27 - 7902 of 8631

Good morning all>

Dilyou have overwhelmingly come second to longj0hnhe has challenged you on every aspect of your claimseven challenged you to a 5/1 punt in your favourand is willing to meet you in your home townwill buy your shares at above your asking pricedonate to charity if he is proved wrongand still you cock a deaf one
Dilwhat little credibility and sincerity you supposedly had on the subject of MDXhas now been blown out of the water at a faster pace than an ExocetI dear say you are on day ratesame as bouncynobody is willing to give either of you a price.

longj0hn - 17 Aug'09 - 22:49 - 16146 of 16171

Dil
I am going to end this with you now as it is plain to everyone what a prick you are. You said that you would be happy with 1p for your shares and when i told you that my 1.5p offer was still on the table and to get out of that one you came up with an excuse which was as far fetched as Elvis selling ice creams on the moon. Your next step was to try and ridicule me over the length of time that I have held compared to you and now that i have confronted you, you are now trying to sidestep the offer that i have made you tonight, I'll even come to Cardiff if that helps but you would even find another lame excuse to get out of that.
EOC
