The big seller will have a good day today - 3 meaningless RNSs in a short space of time with a big seller in the background - that could be classed as manipulation IMO - and why are they selling ? Its quite obvious - enjoy.

Ask yourselves why they keep saying "anticipate" - for many months saying the same thing - why they cannot say "It will" - because if they say it will they have to deliver - if they say anticipate it means nothing - spin dreams with forward looking words.

Sad that its nearly August and still only 2 confirmed orders - the dream to turn into the nightmare - it will at the present order rate very soon.

No orders - no revenue - increased spend - big losses.

I still find 3 RNSs in 10 days extremely interesting with a big seller in the background - why do they wish to pay for three when they could pay for just one RNS and done the whole lot in one to save money as they are a loss making company - the big seller is benefiting - not the company - needs some investigation - all IMO.

Have you found out what happened on the 18/19 of July to cause the big seller starting to sell ? - when you do you will know more - DYOR !

Is it the lack of orders and no chance of Walmart ???

bhunt1910 - 28 Jul 2005 07:58 - 7898 of 27111

Well me waters let me down this time - did not expect that until tomorrow - but lets not complain.

Excellent news again - and interesting that this signifies the START of the 12 month exclusive deal with ASDA!!

No doubt II is spouting his usual nonsense. Give it up close your short and admit defeat.

insiderinside - 28 Jul 2005 08:05 - 7900 of 27111

A post from late June of mine which clarifies the issue - the Asda agreement has been in effect a long time already - and months into it - its just 2 confirmed orders - thats all - with a 1000 in the price - LOL ;-)

'the third trial has no bearing on Asda orders if you read the AGM statement Philip Lovegrove says We announced in March that ASDA Stores Ltd (ASDA) would be the first to adopt GREENSEAL in the UK, anticipating several hundred machines to be adapted to use the technology during the first year at the earlier of the completion of three further trials with ASDA suppliers or the signing of the first commercial order . The first of these trials nears completion at Youngs Bluecrest, a leading ASDA supplier.

If you refer to the later RNS 23rd of May they had their first commercial order with Asda Stanelco announces that following extensive trials it has now entered into a formal commercial agreement for its GREENSEAL(TM) technology with a dedicated ASDA supplier, endorsed by ASDA themselves. This first commercial agreement will involve the conversion of a Mondini tray-lidding machine at the chosen supplier. Stanelco cannot reveal the name of the supplier for commercially sensitive reasons.

Therefore Lovegroves earlier of statement is concluded as the first order came and no need for the trials to be complete from the 23rd of May the 1 year commercial agreement has been in place resulting in so far 2 orders with Hitchens appearing very concerned placing just 1 order and conditionally 3 more with what looks like an escape route to not order.

The agreement with Asda covers RF sealing and Thermoforming (so the recent Thermoformer news is not new) it was in the original statement by Stanelco on the 24th March RNS and Sealing AND Thermoforming forms part of the anticipated (which means nothing as a forward looking word) several hundred machines Stanelco PLC, the RF (radio frequency) applications group, is pleased to announce that it has signed a binding contract with ASDA for a 12-month exclusive agreement for the application of the Group's GREENSEAL tray lidding and thermoforming RF technology in the UK and Ireland. ASDA anticipate that several hundred machines will be adapted to utilise the technology

The whole ramp on SE0 has come from one very meaningless and forward looking statement in the RNS on the 24th March It is expected that, according to plan, this agreement will generate a revenue stream for Stanelco significantly in excess of 5m in the first year alone. It was expected according to the plan that orders would flow in April - hundreds would be there by June and several hundred in the first year which started from the first commercial order on the 23rd May however as you see all that was said was anticipated according to the plan these mean nothing and are forward looking words and they are not accountable if nothing happens and its not achieved.

There is now 11 more months of that 1 year agreement left and order level is so far 2.

Do not forget in that 24th March RNS that it said quite clearly The agreement follows successful trials at a number of different ASDA suppliers and will mean that the suppliers involved in the programme will, where practical , convert from traditional heat-sealing to Stanelco's revolutionary RF technology.

where practical means there is no binding commitment and if the suppliers can find a reason not to convert they do not convert and save their money and not pass it on to SE0.

IMHO you will see only a maximum 200 Asda supplier orders and that will be a combination of RF tray lidding conversions and Thermoformers however it may be well below that 200 figure and nobody has officially said any sales figures its only what people ramp and wish it to be.'

insiderinside - 28 Jul 2005 08:07 - 7901 of 27111

Do not get spun/ramped into thinking this is the START of the Asda agreement - that is false - the agreement was commenced on the first order as per the previous RNSs.

I hope ii is on a very big bonus for deramping the share and that he gets paid on results for getting the share back down to (what was it he estimated?) 6p.

Well the City seem to like today's news. :-))

Hi All,

I think the fact that ALL trials have completed successfully, means those on the sidelines will now jump in for the long term.

The risk factor of any of the trials failing is now gone, so also look out for fund managers and institutions buying.

Cheers,

PM

Now when I look at track records, experience, potential and forecasts right now - where do you think I am going to place my money - with a loser or with a potential winner.
Answers on a postcard please - but I guess I will stick with Balchin for the time being - the guy who is delivering shareholder value.

Some nice volume buys coming through now - with that odd 1 share sell. I wish I knew what those odd 1 share buys/sells meant ?

Just the news we have been(and expecting)waiting for.
My understanding is that the 12 month exclusive agreement
starts on the first monday after confirmation of third trial,
that makes it the 1st August.

Great news...more contracts will come now

EWRobson - 28 Jul 2005 09:43 - 7910 of 27111

Just topped up another 95K CFD. Chocks away! (You can still have your choccy treats though sd). Its taken longer than expected to get here but the upside is that the trials have clearly been very thoroughly done. I think that SEO could have started the 12 month clock ticking but they have probably been rather clever to draw ASDA in more deeply in support of much more thorough trials that have been properly audited. Figures will be available to Wal-Mart and, no doubt, negotiations are well under way there. The engineers are trained and the new machine supply channel is in place. All is well in God's world.

Funny old eii (emptyinsiderinside). He's putting his shoulder bravely to the dam. Oh, the word 'anticipate' carries a level of doubt. An appropriate word as it is the suppliers that make the decision to buy. ASDA get their cost cutting anyway on the assumption that the machines are retrofitted / installed. I hope he is keeping his posts so that he can look at them in a year's time and congratulate himself on achieving a new low in pathetic stupidity. lol! Keep posting, eii, you are the funniest comedy show in town!

TANKER - 28 Jul 2005 09:54 - 7911 of 27111

still buying.this is a cert.

bhunt1910 - 28 Jul 2005 10:03 - 7912 of 27111

No such thng as a cert Tanker.

This share has definitely dropped out og the mega high risk category through the high risk category and with the RNS's of the last few weeks is in my opinion now into medium risk territory.

Whlst it would appear that everything is going well - and I really do think it is - I have had my fingers burnt on more than one occasion with shares that looked a "dead cert". So just a word of caaution.
Having said that - I am over weight in SEO myself - but in full recognition of the potential risk.

keep an eye on aex.

niceonecyril - 28 Jul 2005 10:23 - 7915 of 27111

Bought 8000 myself 21.75p definatly top heavy, if they go pear shaped,
probably end up working until i'm 70.
ER Accept what your saying about the suppliers but i feel ASDA will
put presure to conform, due to the other benifits, shelf life and presentation.
Also feel as a supplier it would not auger well to upset your customer, future contracts etc.
