Far far from it AdieH, I just look at CFE at the begining of the year and compared it to today.

That sir is progress.

Then I look at Mr Worthington's excuses in BKE.

David10B - 21 May 2007 20:59 - 791 of 2037

One more thing please, before I turn in, (god I love this game), and I really dont want to be a bore, but there seems to be talk of the EMPIK shares being bought, I can find any eveidence of this: In fact looking at the trades, of course they could be misreported, but there appears to have been a lot more than the EMPIK dump, dumped.

As ever I will stand corrected if need be.

Have a great evening.

AdieH - 21 May 2007 21:34 - 792 of 2037

So why isn't COH being marked down if the MM's are holding a huge hang over of shares... it went up today, you have to ask this question?

As to your allegations of corruption by RW I really do think you have to be careful what you are saying, it is bordering on slander and I don't think RW will take it too lightly.

I cannot understand what your beef is with Richard Worthington it is like you have a personal vendetta against him, has he really upset you that much or have you lost a fortune on BKE because that his the impression you are giving? You are in a minority if that is the case as previously stated holders of BKE got free shares and I would guess even if you are showing a loss on BKE it would be outweighted by your profits on COH...

Regards

David10B - 22 May 2007 08:42 - 793 of 2037

Good morning AdieH

No Sir I am sticking to my statements firmly: it would be inconceivable that Mr Worthington was not aware of the intention of EMPIK to dump its shares and nevertheless went ahead with the new placing.

That is my firm conclusion, whatever others derive from that is entirely up to them.

Mr Worthington is free to come here and make a statement should he so wish!

I really dont have any beef with Mr Worthington.

I was never a gambler in BKE.

My "beef" as you put is only with the lazy, incompetent, negliegent, and devious PLCs directors, of which there are many, who seem to be quite content to fiddle things, its the poor old PI that always gets shafted.

My "beef" could possibly be even more potent when directed towards the FSA!

I dont think that I will ever be able to figure out the intellect of the MMs

Turning back to BKE under its current management. I would really like to make a comparison with CARL and CFE etc, but I regret that I would not wish to turn my stomach this early in my day.

BKE shareholders really got shafted as it was a case of robbing Peter to pay Paul as simple as that.

I really dont find Mr Worthington, or certain of his associates to be men of intergrity.

This debate has lumbered on into territory it would be best out of.

I feel that you really should have let the SP to the talking as I suggested we do earlier , as perhaps now were are both embroiled in matters that although are probably best left unspoken, are long over due for an airing in an open forum.

I see this aspect of the debate going on and into further investigation and will only serve to weaken the COH share price from here on in!

100,000 buy at the close

David10B - 23 May 2007 11:09 - 795 of 2037

Good morning Chaps.

Look gentlemen, based on the following it is clear that Mr Worthington must have known EMPIK were pulling out.

He also knew, as all good CEOs must do, the effect of such a sale on the COH SP.

Nevertheless he went ahead with the new issue and kept the explosive info silent

Thats fraud.

I would not be surpised to see all hell let lose over this and certain people wanting their money back etc.

I am betting now the COH share price will tumble from here.

Its no wonder Mr Worthington, bright sharp man that he is, did not keep AhieH in the picture as he was used to doing.

I further bet that he is trusting that this affair will all blow over, the sooner the better.

Its partly cloudy today and like Mr Worthington I too an trust it will blow over so I can get on.

Have agreat day chaps-

EM and F No Longer Shareholder in Coffeeheaven

(Polish News Bulletin Via Thomson Dialog NewsEdge) On 17 May, listed group EMPiK Media & Fashion (EM&F) sold its stake in cafe chain Coffeeheaven. According to estimates, for 9.5 percent of its shares EM&F could obtain around ZL14m. In the opinion of Coffeeheaven International CEO Richard Worthington, EM&F's decision was tied to the failure of the project to launch Coffeeheaven cafes in EMPiK outlets. "The Polish market is not yet developed enough for this idea to work," he said. However, EM&F CEO Maciej Dyjas gives other reasons for its withdrawal from the project. "When we invested in Coffeeheaven, our plans foresaw increasing our involvement in the company to 30 percent. We wanted to have real influence over important decisions regarding its future development. None of the above worked out, which pushed us to sell the stake held in Coffeeheaven," he explains. At the end of 2006, the cafe chain controlled nearly 40 outlets in Poland. \nc 01000000 \nc 04007000 \nc 04013002

Get a life, it is now fraud, please note your comments have been passed to RW as I for one am sick to death of your constant ranting about RW and implicating him in some fraud... I have squelched you again as I really think you need to get a life and if your retired you should be acting your bloody age... I await Richards response with interest and I have included your email address also... Regards and Goodbye, please note COH has not moved today...

David10B - 23 May 2007 13:12 - 797 of 2037

Dear AhieH, this is my life as explained previously to you here on this BB.

I am like you, as I too get sick to death of board room skullduggry that ends up costing the small shareholders' their hard earned cash.

I am also sick to death of a toothless FSA.

This is good reason enough why the smaller investor should police both these BBs and the companies that like to cut corners, and expose them.

Please allow me to reiterate my sentiments, in order that there be no grey areas.

If Mr Worthingon had prior knowledge on the Empik dumping, which I now believe that its is most probable he did so. And if Mr Worthigton withheld said information before the placing of the new shares, obviously doing so with full knowledge that such information would devalue the placing, then which ever way you wish to look at it, I regret to say is chicanery.

Furthermore, should this be proven to be true, as I trust that my commments may be picked up by the regulatory authorities, then undoubtedly there should be a full investigation and obviously the COH SP will suffer, if not be, as it rightfully should, suspended.

Naturally, if all was indeed completely above board then surely Mr Worthington, and even your goodself should have no objection to questions being asked---should you?

Have a really nice day.

David10B - 23 May 2007 13:45 - 798 of 2037

AdieH you see my friend life, as should be COH, always works better when its like an umbrella, i.e. OPEN.

If Mr Worthington had given a press release on this matter there would obviously be no room for speculation.

bmw325 - 23 May 2007 14:33 - 799 of 2037

Adieh

Good luck...the removal of this cretin from all BB's is long overdue.

David10B - 23 May 2007 16:04 - 800 of 2037

Please there is no need to be calling AdieH names, that is undignified and uncalled for.

He may well be misguided on certain points, but a cretin no never, and he has every right to pt his thoughts here.

bmw325 - 23 May 2007 16:41 - 801 of 2037

Cretin10B...THE WELSH MUPPET.

LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL.

David10B - 23 May 2007 17:16 - 802 of 2037

I was not aware that AdieH came from Wales, I thought he came from Bristol. However it matters not as you should still treat him with respect.

After all we only jest about stocks and pass this way once.

AdieH - 23 May 2007 17:28 - 803 of 2037

I will update the board on RW response and will also report to the facilitator here too as these are slanderous comments and should be dealt with accordingly... Regards.

AdieH - 23 May 2007 17:37 - 804 of 2037

Email sent to Facilitator and also received email from RW, if you want a copy please email AdieHurford@hotmail.com, quite interesting reading in regard to Empik...

David10B - 23 May 2007 18:07 - 805 of 2037

AdieH why do you now feel the need to be so infantile?

I have expressed my point of view openly and honestly.

Nothing has changed despite your continued threats. Would you stiffle my right to freedom of expression?

COH concerns me, as did your rampings which incidentaly prompted my inital post on the company here.

I still feel that COH had a duty to its shareholders to inform them immediately EMPIK dumped it shares.

I most certainly still feel that if the COH board knew of the dumping by EMPIK before the placing, then such a placing is fraudulent.

Furthermore, and as continually stated, any credible director who makes a habit of immediately repsonding to his shareholders normally, and often over the most minor of matters, failed badly in not making the EMPIK news immediately available.

You may kindly send me a copy of Mr Worthington belated comments, althought they most probably now would be well concerted, however, it will be worth studying in order to make further unbiased conculsions.

My email is located in my profile.

Have a great evening.

AdieH - 23 May 2007 18:11 - 806 of 2037

You do concern me and hopefully the right action will be taken against you, you made the slanderous comments not me...

David10B - 23 May 2007 18:23 - 807 of 2037

Dear AdieH What will be will inevitable be.

As stated I admire your loyality, and tenacity, therefore I dont like to see you continue to make a fool of yourself.

Slander, sir be the malicious verbal false degradation.

Libel, of course being the written word.

I Sir, never resort to either, merely expounding upon known facts as I do.

So for this occasion please kindly let the passage time and whatever it brings, rather than the SP as previously suggested, talk for us both.

Please try not to let these issues frustrate you so much, as its the small PI that usually ends up getting shafted.

90% of small investors end up losing their shirts, it cant all be down to bad luck. Some listed companies go bust, some directors tell porkies.

I did not write the often bent rules of what can be a very dirty game. I just try to outwit them and stay ahead.

proteus - 23 May 2007 21:38 - 808 of 2037

Well 10B,
I'm begining to get suspicious, you've had 8 days to come up with a view on forward figures but you have produced nothing. Are you going to provide figures to counter Numis ?

David10B - 24 May 2007 08:57 - 809 of 2037

All in good time my friend, I am more interested right now in seeing the current events unfold before make a committment to this BB.
