A positive day in all, some coverage in the newspaper tomorrow with
referance to ASDA could create a lot of interest.Perhaps an article on its environment frendly packaging, would do no harm.
Still won't be worrying about it, off on a weekends golf at the Dorsetshire,
fingers crossed for the weather.

what curious day!! to be honest i fully expected the sp to fall today as i thought the recent rise was merely the borson brigade. but it didn't. makes me wonder if baza had the right idea when he said there would be a weekly(?) flow of announcements, probably orders. or maybe the news we are gagging for.
(i know i've said this before , maybe jumped the gun a little)
the american emgineers started a 3 month training course in early april. that should be finished now. the third trial has ended successfully and results are have been analysed. seo have said that nothing will happen in america until the third trial has ended. it ties in nicely that the trials are over ,successful and that all these yank engineers are fit , trained and ready to go. i feel that wind again.......

Well in Shares magazine a few weeks back it did say that trials had already been booked with Walmart suppliers for after the 3rd trial had finished. So I guess we'll have to watch this space. If the engineers are all trained up I assume that SEO o rpremier tech won't want them sat around for very long. Just my opinion of course.

Biscuit taken! We are on course and on schedule. Suspect that Wal-Mart will want to some specific trials to satisfy their markets and their own auditing bodies but not that much given that they will have access to the ASDA results. As you say, the Premier and Advanced chaps should already be in action. What I like about the situation is that everything appears under control. No necessity seems to apply to creating news; we are getting the tip of the iceberg, except that it is all hot stuff. I can't see the sp hanging around waiting as buyers, including institutions, will be wanting a stake, plus the inevitable hot money as the shorters make for the hills.

I have traded this share a few times now from 4p all the way up to 23p and finally last week I bought in again at 18.9p. This time I am sticking with it, I have made some nice sums from SEO over the last 7-8 months but I think now is the time to stay long term. This is now a medium risk position. I think the future is bright and that it will not be long before there is mutterings in an american accent surrounding the use of this company, If you get my drift.

Good luck to all holders although I don't think you will need it now, for me there is only one way for SEO to go.

EWRobson - 28 Jul 2005 21:12 - 7923 of 27111

My views exaxtly, jacoden. You beat me in though at 4p though I got in just before the rise at 6.4p. Risk is an interesting concept: no risk, no gain because everyone would be on board and there would no potential left. Tom the share is now quite low risk as the various actions over the last three months have removed the major risk elements. The ASDA potential can now be firmed up with an order take up of a minimum of 200 machines and probably in the range 200-500. Thus it is difficult to see the take-up being less than 1000 machines which is 25p using the Peel Hunt yardstick. (I accept that there some fo these machines will have lower revenue). All the risk seems to be on the upside! The world doesn't realis it yet because the world has not made a real study of the fundamentals!

Looking at the trading today, the bid has been mostly at 21.5, with small drop to 21.25 and a couple of very small blips to 21.75, so the selling average has to be 21.5.

So in order of trades at the end, we have :-
2,750,000 at 21.626 - buy I think
1,500,000 at 21.6 - buy I think
1,000,000 at 21.625 buy I think
1,000,000 at 21.5 sell I think
1,000,000 at 21.69 buy I think

I doubt MM's would give 21.6 or above for 1,000,000 or more shares when the majority of small sells throughout the day only got 21.55

Cheers,
Paul

EWRobson - 28 Jul 2005 21:27 - 7925 of 27111

Exactly my reading Paul - a case of GMTA, I think. Seems to imply that MMs might be somewhat short of stock, so another mark-up possible in the morning.

Cheers, Eric

Bos my waters led me to think that there would be an RNS tomorrow - well I got that wrong because we had it today - so I dont think there will be anything tomorrow But I suspect that we might get one next Tuesday - which hopefully will be someone starting to place some orders. I agree with Eric - id WM are going to order - then I suspect Swptember is the right sort of time frame - however I would not be at all surprised to see another retailer starting trials in August from the States .

Thanks to Paul & Eric for interpreting those large trades - I know we cannot be 1005 certain - but your interpretations look pretty good to me

just been watching supermarkets uncovered. the big four , asda , sainsburys, tesco and morrissons, took a big hammering concerning quality of meat , chicken and ready meal products. i know it doesn't affect us but ,(and i know this sounds really sad), i thoroughly enjoyed watching the bits where it showed the food being packaged and trying to see if it was rf!!!!!!!! after every shopping trip to asda , or other supermarkets , i look at the different seals to see which is ours. my girlfriend says i am becoming sad and obsessive. i can only nod my head in agreement . alas, i also think i am in good company here. ...... come on.... hands up .... who else has been looking at packaging seals??? i know driver has , and andysmith.

bosley - 28 Jul 2005 22:23 - 7928 of 27111

baza, might yet be something tomorrow.

driver - 28 Jul 2005 22:24 - 7929 of 27111

eric
We have definitely made a study of the fundamentals on this thread, any punter on here over the last few months is now an SEO expert.
Good news today and some good posts to the long awaited end of the trials all upside from here imo.
Baza
Swptember???

Barry Harris - 28 Jul 2005 22:24 - 7930 of 27111

My hands are are up, but how can you tell which pack has been sealed by SEO tech (RF) ?

driver - 28 Jul 2005 22:29 - 7931 of 27111

bos
No way!!! your on your own on that one.

paulmasterson1 - 28 Jul 2005 22:38 - 7932 of 27111

Barry Hi,

Thinner weld, thinner lip on the tray, recyclable label on the box, thinner mono-plastic lid.

If you stand on it, and it breaks, it's not RF sealed :))))

Cheers,
PM

bosley - 28 Jul 2005 22:39 - 7933 of 27111

driver, are you telling me that you have never looked at the packaging seals when you've been in a supermarket?

driver - 28 Jul 2005 22:46 - 7934 of 27111

bos
Well not really, we shop in Tescos I have checked them in there but that doesnt count.
