good volume again today. feels like the sp wants to go but cant.

paulmasterson1 - 29 Jul 2005 19:55 - 7959 of 27111

Bos Hi,

That big seller I mentioned earlier popped up with another 2mm sell that showed up at the end, it's who not what thats holding the S.P back, unless there is another placing being discussed, for another aquisition, which would have the same effect, and if the price is lower than the last placing, the people who took those shares might be a bit peeved, and one of them could be doing the selling.

Cheers,
PM

bosley - 29 Jul 2005 20:00 - 7960 of 27111

it wouldn't make sense to make another aquisition yet as we still haven't got the biotec aquisition done and dusted , so i can't see the need for another placing. but then again, seo are full of bloody surprises!!!

Biscuit - 29 Jul 2005 20:09 - 7961 of 27111

My personal view is that SEO have enough on their plate with everything they are commercializing at the minute, I would start to get a little worried if they bought something else at this stage. It could end up in them taking their eyes off the ball!

driver - 29 Jul 2005 20:43 - 7962 of 27111

May be they should buy the Dome, ii would love that.

stockdog - 29 Jul 2005 23:19 - 7963 of 27111

Bos, some of your wind, some of baz's water and a bit of a push will get her moving, I'm sure. It generally works for me of a morning!

EWRobson - 29 Jul 2005 23:31 - 7964 of 27111

Paul; the week has closed at 22p which is just above the last placing which was, I believe, at 21.75p. Can't see another placing needed as that was largely to pay for Biotec which ended up costing half the price for what was wanted.

The buyers took the message at 21.75p and thought it well worth it. The story is stronger now; we are further down the line and the risk drops as we go. You do feel that the sp should have responded more strongl;y to the buyin gof the alst couple of days following the RNS. So probably correct that the sp is held back by a line of sales. This can only last so long and the sp should push ahead next week. Bound to be positive press comment, including Shares next week. May be tempted to take my shares held to a new high!

stockdog - 29 Jul 2005 23:38 - 7965 of 27111

Tom Bulford still rates these a strong buy in RHPS weekly update. Must have read my mind!

Chart suggests we are heading steadily north over the next few weeks to me, with good growing volume supporting this move.

EWRobson - 29 Jul 2005 23:53 - 7966 of 27111

Wise old dog! Reckon dogs can be as wise as owls, any day. Another point about the charts is that there isn't really a resistance level until perhaps 28p - we are just retracing lost ground. Perfectly happy with the steady move north although the sp would break out if there is a significant US announcement. Conjecture re this is bound to grow so that the price move could be more rapid than you anticipate. Absolutely convinced that we won't see 20p again so that it is really a one way bet.

Eric

stockdog - 30 Jul 2005 00:50 - 7967 of 27111

Eric, I'll settle for steady upward movememnt with the occasional break out thrown in for good behaviour. 50p still a good near-term target for this one. 5 within in 5 years not at all impossible and that's 90% p.a. year on year growth from 20p now!

Sweet dreams everyone

A daily diet of unadulterated tripe may well cause variant CJD. However there remains much to learn about variant CJD and how it is transmitted from cattle to humans.

ii I seriously think you should donate your brain to a medical research centre while there is a little of your brain left. The positive and optimistic side of your brain has apparently all been dissolved by prions.

The human illness is called new variant Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease, or nvCJD.

The most interesting thing about these terrible brain diseases is that no one has been able to find for sure the infectious agentthat is, the virus or bacterium or fungus or parasitethat's the cause.

ii here is your chance to help humanity.

sd, i would gladly and willingly provide the swirling wind for seo to sail on baza's choppy waters!!! rising and falling on each swell, pushed on further by sporadic gusts from the northern wind, we sail on towards the promised land of silk and money. at the helm stands driver and we, the stanelconauts, scan the horizons on the lookout for the demonic shorters. the poetic words of ericorpheus have charmed the fierce stockdogerberus into leaving his post and joining us on our quest, snapping and snarling at those who threaten us, as moneylamplus the seer guides us through the long, cold dark nights. will we find our greenseal fleece or will we be thwarted by the Evil one and his skeletal army of shorters? will the serpent headed medusameduser ever predict anything correctly? as we negotiate the next wave we can but hope it wont be long before we cry, "ahoy, ahoy ....'tis the americas!!!"

moneyplus - 30 Jul 2005 14:46 - 7971 of 27111

lunch time wine methinks!! I've joined the band of packaging checkers and notice a new type in marks and Sp foods--the salads and the tomatoes. seems a better seal to me could SEO be invoved with a M&s supplier? Onward and upward next week O merry band!

insiderinside - 30 Jul 2005 18:22 - 7972 of 27111

Well even PM1 and II agree there is still a very big seller selling off why is it that someone sees the need to sell now ? I disagree in the term seller IMO its sellers plural and its not RAB dear Paul.

paulmasterson1 - 29 Jul 2005 12:45 - 7956 of 7967
Hi All,
I think someone is still selling, as I said before, I think it's a big long term holder like RAB Capital, someone who bought at 2p to 4p, and is top slicing, and drip feeding stock into the buying, and they are definately holding the price down. Their trades are big and won't show up until the close, or after.
With the volume bought exceeding the volume sold by around 4 million shares, the sell must be just as big, or slightly bigger, to hold the price down, and keep pushing it into the red.
I hope they get sorted soon, then we can go back to 24p+
Cheers, PM

It would appear an Institution or Institutions are using this run of RNSs to finish the sell off or at least speed it up what wonderful timing to have a run of RNSs when there is a bigger sell off we may get two more RNS next week to help them offload more perhaps so they can keep dumping into the strength of Private Investors getting sucked in to buy more.

So why is there a big seller and why are they getting out as more PIs get in ? Have they decided that they do not want to make any money and its best is the small PI can buy more to make more LOL or do they know something ? The selling has been from the placement times but the rush to sell more quickly all started on the 18th/19th of July so what is making them sell out now ? Is it the Age of Reason dumping loads ? Lets check -

Lets look back in history as Institution buying and selling requires an RNS when they go over/under 3% - or an RNS at the end of the sell/buy order if they hold above 3% - or no quick news if they take more shares and promptly sell them back to retain their original holding level under a protracted sell order.

As far as I can see this year so far - 85M new shares have been issued and 10M gifted from Age of Reason HOWEVER Richards and Appleby have gone up by 24M to 71M holding Barclays from 0 to 42M Chase from 0 to 29M totaling the 95M (85M+10M) R&A/Barclays/Chase were all over 3% (as per 2004 YE annual report from end June 05) BUT NO RNS about holdings increase therefore it could be quite probable that all three are selling off after getting the shares and therefore no RNS is required yet.

As it is nearly August lets look at projected earnings should this SE0 plan come to fruition based on current SP of 22p and best up to date estimates of earnings.

2005 (Prelim 2006) Sales 1.2M Est / Loss 1.2M / EPS minus 0.07 / PE ratio NEG
2006 (Prelim 2007) Sales 19.5M / Profit 6M / EPS 0.62 / PE ratio 35.4

So even with their plan in place and getting success and orders prelims in 2007 at the present 22p SP then will give a PE ratio of 35.4 that is too high and depends on them selling all the machines they say they will given the massive downside potential from low orders you can see why there is a big seller/s if you are very generous to SEO and allow them a PE of 25 in 2007 then the price then should be 15.5p. Should they get only half of their anticipated orders then even at a PE of 35 in 2007 the price is 11p go figure why they are selling off at the end of the ramp from RNSs and the start of when SE0 has to deliver orders !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Things are happening in the background and by sticking your head in the sand and dreaming of 50p you are ignoring basic facts always DYOR and you can then see what is happening.

IMO the 18th/19th July signaled to some what was happening potentially with sellers selling off to zero so thats why the no Holdings In Company RNS syndrome.

Please check all the companies RNSs and Reports you can see the various placings the various holdings but where are those holdings increase RNSs or are some large sells going through over a period of time meaning no RNSs about reductions in holdings until the selling is finally complete.

I said at the time of the placings that imo the institutions had taken them to sell off thats why no RNSs about holdings increases (compare 2003 YE annual report from end of June 04 and 2004 YE annual report from end of June 05 which was compiled after the latest 44M placing for Biotec- as they contain the major shareholders at time of writing) now you can see the three that have taken the placing shares from 2005 were all over 3% holdings at the time the annual report for 2004 was release late June 2005 but still no RNSs selling off are they then.

All prior is IMO but please DYOR !

stockdog - 30 Jul 2005 18:38 - 7973 of 27111

bojason (euphonious bard, some say - you phoney bastard, say others!), you forgot to mention orpheusmasterson harping on about the merits of the greenseal fleece to get the stanelcos (who named this ship?!) off the beach, nor the two-eyeeyed monsters who guard the fleece so constantly, putting off all who would attempt the quest. Perhaps we could scatter Sequestori amongst them to confuse them with their scathing wit.
I like the story on this one!
