10bn for yet more adminstrators and other useless individuals ..... that's where so much money is wasted in NHS; ask any doc or similar who works in a hospital; it's terrifying

Cynner, I am more optimistic and hoping that we might actually see a few more nurses being employed, better standards of hygiene, fewer cuts to services, etc.

Although doubtless the Govt won't feel obliged to fulfil any of those wishes unless some expensive consultant tells them it would be a good idea.
