REGULATORS : Govt,etc

ajren - 25 Nov 2003 18:56

Ref London Stock Exchange........etc

little woman - 27 Nov 2003 12:19 - 8 of 15

As I said on the concise thread - I don't understand the concise posts.

Your "facts" aren't very clear to me, because the govt does not regulate the London Stock Exchange. The London Stock Exchange only regulates dealing in shares and nothing else. The London Stock Exchange is regulated by the FSA.

The govt doesn't even regulate the Bank of England.

Are you refering to RNS?

ajren - 27 Nov 2003 12:37 - 9 of 15

Please read my latest post on Concise thread which refers to my 33.

I said l.s.e ETC

little woman - 27 Nov 2003 12:44 - 10 of 15

yes - but I don't know what you mean by ETC. You need to explain/provide more detail.

ajren - 27 Nov 2003 13:09 - 11 of 15

lw.

Why are you trading - and wasting my time -if you do not know the facts?
I have to go now for a sandwich and make money - hopefully.

I have not seen them but perhaps the info is on Regulatory News Services--free
via websites

I suggest YOU find where the origins of e.g. these words came from :-

e.g.Wiggins shows how City rules and the corporate governance industry waste
Directors time, disadvantage private investors and yet cost them money.

...in line with City rules, yet private shareholders can NOT get information :
for reasons of corporate governance.

City .. private investors are left groping in a fog.

little woman - 27 Nov 2003 13:39 - 12 of 15

It's very difficult to find origins of e.g. these words came from:- if you don't make what you are trying to say clear.

You keep using the word fact without actually providing the facts.
Previously you said that if you do not accept my view then I suggest you write to Edmond Jackson.Government regulation is a FACT and not my OPINION

What am I supposed to write and to who? Or should I just post a letter saying :

That Ajren says that Institutions - ref Edmond Jackson and a specific government regulation - MUST know more financial information BEFORE any private investors/stockbrokers and can they give me details of the regulation?

ajren - 27 Nov 2003 13:55 - 13 of 15

I thought you would have learnt everything I said about
Cybit was correct i.e.Institutions knowing before Private Investors rgds aj

ajren - 27 Nov 2003 14:00 - 14 of 15

Cyh are 2.95 . Need I say more???

little woman - 27 Nov 2003 14:06 - 15 of 15

I am still waiting for Hard proof. All I hear is your opinion.

The price would have never gone up to over 4p if the institutions had know before Private Investors - I'm not even sure what they are supposed to know - because yet again like everything else - you did not make that clear either............
