NETeller - CASHING IN (NLR)

HUSTLER - 17 Nov 2004 20:02

NETeller - NLR - 3.15
Thought i would start a new thread following on from
hawick - new issue looks very special - not to steal the thunder from
hawick but just to highlight the company name to those not already in to this
potential blockbuster.
Those of us who are following NETeller know the background and have been
active with postings, for newcomers i strongly sugest viewing the
( new issue looks very special posting )the content will speak for itself.

Brief overview of NETeller
The company handles online cash transactions across the globe
on 21st oct gained fsa approval to operate as a regulated e-money issuer
and will passport the regulated status to all 25 EU member states
it has over 1 million clients rising by 2000 number each day
1500 online merchants and processed over $1.5 billion in 2003
pre tax profit is estimated to be 29 million to dec 04 rising to
40 million next year
per currently 20 to dec 04 falling to 11.5 which is low for sector
brokers have been raising forcasts on a regular basis
share price has risen over 50% since launch earlier this year
new markets emerging constantly, asia has the potential for supergrowth
online casinos are creating enormous profits
given all this - cash generative - huge market - fsa approval
infastructure in place to handle growth, profits accrue to bottom line
the market force is behind it with good relative strength
all put together it is hard to argue against this has the potential
to be a blockbuster over the year ahead

Hi GF, I don't know anything about this company, at all.... someone tipped them to me and told me the 'right people' are in them.

What does the company do? Where do you personally see these going?

AFX

LONDON (AFX) - NETeller PLC said its effective tax rate is expected to fall to 10 pct early in the final quarter of 2004 from 33 previously following the relocation of its processing operations to the Isle of Man.

The online money transfer company said it has successfully launched its new processing and data management systems in the Isle of Man. It head office is already based on the island.

It will continue to operate subsidiaries in regions where its services are being provided, such as Canada and England, and these units will be subject to local tax rates.

My theory here is that the placing is now taking effect. Pound to a penny Durlacher and the other broker who were involved with the 280p placing actually approached the same clients who were involved in the market float and they are now selling off at a nice big profit their first tranche.

Things will stabalise and these should go onto a big premium to what they are now. BUY if your not already in never seen a company throw off so much cash as this one, should have a licence to print it.

cheers GF.

Picked up another 1000 at 2.69 this morning.

goldfinger - 01 Dec 2004 13:35 - 14 of 1341

Well I feel the Sp is down because we are now seeing the results of the recent placing.

Think about it practicaly Durlacher and Canaccord would have placed the recent placing at 280p with there clients who took up the original placing on float.

That was a placing of 17.5 million shares at 200p placed by the brokers with their clients. The clients top up with new shares at 280p and gradually sell their old holding into the market for a quick 40% to 50% profit.

Why not human nature.

Also feel some short term speculators have jumped ship on no news from asia yet.

I dont think anyone should panic, this one just throws money off and is certainly well undervalued now.

cheers GF. Added again myself capa.

capa - 01 Dec 2004 16:49 - 15 of 1341

thats three buys I have now made. 1 at 2.48, second at 3.29 and todays at 2.69, the way this fluctuates I'd swear the mms are on drugs.

If I wasn't bald I'd be grey holding these.

hi capa - goldfinger
thread has been quiet for a while
good to see your support, and adding stock
we know the sp has been turbulant recently
i've had a simular ride to you buying at 257 - 250 - 312 - 352
currently on break even on average price, gone overweight on portfolio
average but think this is still going to be a huge hit in 2005
if the sp is this volitile with little news the makers and shakers are having
a field day, just imagine what will happen when good news arrives.
there is no justification for the fluctuations we are seeing, after all
this appears to a cash machine in the making and asia is not in the
picture yet
think i will join you and buy some more in the morning
price willing as wall street is flying tonight dow jones up 136 spots.
at 20 00 hours

regards HUSTLER.

goldfinger - 02 Dec 2004 12:31 - 22 of 1341

Rising nicely now just over 3 quid, far more to come on a derd cheap 10.9 forward P/E for Dec 2005, and that doesnt include anything in for business in Asia.

cheers GF.

goldfinger - 03 Dec 2004 11:27 - 23 of 1341

Addedagain this morning on the slight fall, derd cheap with forward P/E of only just over 10. Its a real give away, cant understand why more are not buying.

cheers GF.

'2.12.04 an article in the Independent reports: the shares rose 10p to 302.5p on rumours that the group will soon issue a positive trading statement. Bulls reckon Neteller will say that it is close to securing a number of important contract wins, the paper says.

cheers GF.

goldfinger - 06 Dec 2004 14:37 - 25 of 1341

Moved up 10'5p, nice.

Wodering if these contracts are the ones with the Banks were they are destined to sell insurance and loan products?.

cheers GF.

HUSTLER - 06 Dec 2004 19:23 - 26 of 1341

hi gf

recent comments in the press state they are looking to purchase a bank,
with an aim to become the worlds largest online.
If this is correct obvious spin offs will come with it.
Good to see rise today up 25 closed 321 on the bid but a bit strange
with volume at 1.5m - 78% were sellers, perhaps the market makers have
info not out yet and marking it up in anticipation.

regards HUSTLER

Big Al - 06 Dec 2004 20:14 - 27 of 1341

Went long last week 280p. Nice breakout of bullish wedge upside today. Would like to think 450p possible within a couple of months.

It may be higher! ;-))
