Please check this one out...dropped during the BPRG crisis and has been stone dead ever since.Another unseen biotech company with a fascinating unique technology that has so many possibilities, especially in AGRICULTURE.
Again...request for anyone interested to do the charts etc!!!I'm too inept!
Have a look at their website.Fascinating stuff. If we support them they will get the mkt.cap that they deserve IMHO
Thankyou,Ethel

So, ethel, what's your view now that MIC has reorganised its capital? Darn confusing I say but then I'm only a shareholder. Directors seem to have got themselves into a lather and I suspect in the excitement they will have picked up a few shares FOC. If they concentrated on the business as much as they do with finances then maybe the 700Grand would not be required and my head would stop spinning.
No matter how good the business is, what maters is good governance and frankly the Market has it right, this stock is on a downward spiral IMHO. The recent placing (City only, if you please) at 3.5p really tells you what this stock is worth, doesn't it?

3.5p today - whaddyaknow? Here we go, here we go -
With a decent amount of dosh (recent City funding), under their belts, let's hope management isn't aligning the cakes and Options. Shareholders have shown their trust up to 55p, based on what the company was saying (IPO news, here).
Let's see something for that trust....
With the company joining the 90% club there needs to be a cull of Directors......so let's hear from each (in turn) what contribution they make and what they cost in salary, options, perks and pensions. Let the games begin.

Down to 1p =a further 44% (Wednesday) even though the shares are suspended....aren't MM's full of magic?
The logic is this: a Placing (with anyone daft enough) at 1p to raise nearly 0.5m ( with expenses totaling 50k....for writing the cheques and putting stamps on, eh?)....so the 55m existing shares will be diluted by 59million - - in effect this is a twice-dilution. That values the co at 1m - is this right?
Anyone that subscribed for IPO shares at 50p-ish really paid 1 although their position re "tax-loss" is probably just 50p unless you held-on until these new shares are AIM-listed. (1Nov.06, I understand.).
The Directors have used this disaster to ramp-up their shareholding on the cheap (although they need to show 'willing' -)- however at 1p, they are getting cheap shares compared with every other class of (existing)shareholder. No "Rights Issue" here! The amounts involved are small, amounting to just 50k between them.....still maybe it will concentrate their minds, (I doubt it) - If they wait a year and the sp is 5p then they have made nearly GBP quarter-million for guaranteeing their own job-prospects.
So was MIC a good investment?...after floating at 50p, just about a year ago... indeed there are already some signs that more money will be needed, - worth keeping away until real turnover is achieved. IMHO.
((The nub of this "problem" could be this, but I do not know - it seems they owe 50k on an old lease...and a further 50k to shift it....so their old premises will need 100k to be rid-of. Now it seems a bit careless to be paying excessive amounts for a building they now don't need - why were they so keen to take-on the lease I wonder......the Agent will be making, eh?))
I've a small holding, based upon the news that they would create an encapsulated treatment for Diabetics, but sadly this appears to be only hope, rather than a reality. Therefore I cannot say "what" they expect to be selling - but it sure ain't soon, that's the message reading between the lines. Oh Dear.
I am disapointed in the Directors, their progress, their abilities
and fear the future for MIC under present leadership. Now, I feel let-down and believe the News has been ...shall we say....incomplete.?....... The MIC sp says it all.
The Co. claims their various divisions are profitable, but if this was reality they would have no difficulty in raising a loan in these low-interest times, like the 700k raised just weeks ago! I suspect the profit is wafer-thin. Please DYOR.

I think you are wrong; Management is clearly a few coins short; probably hoping some new deal would get them out of a cash-crunch.
However their technology is sound enough, IMHO - I've seen product which was claimed to be 2-years old and it was fresh as I'd expect. Of course I don't know it was old and I don't know how the flavour would behave if it wasn't inside a yeast-cell. Things you have to take on trust.....however, what is unforgivable is the way EXECs brought the company to the brink....
...maybe there is a power-struggle there, with the result that their cash-position was not fully understood. It seems darn odd to me.
