charts show this share is at 0.7p to buy and charts show that a break of 0.64 will take the share to anywhere near 4p

Have just bought in to these, I wonder if, bearing in mind the director buys ( some 4 million shares) there could be some news on the ongoing tenders with the NHS for the Scanner systems in 30 + days time? Any body else with views on these. Heres hoping
