how crap is sky tv anyone else agree

hold sky shares .......have had no sky service now for a week and have tried to get thro to thier cust service service and get told a wait of 65 minutes and thats a improvement as normaly get cut off or engaged tone

biffa ,try this ,when your told to select an option E.G.press 1 for or 2 for ,,,try pressing ,Hash ,hash ,it may cut you off but on a lot of these it jumps you to the front of the queue ,i do it all the time it confuses the system .....

If you don't like SKY and think their service is shite then simply throw your sky box out of the window, cancel your subs and stop whinging.

If you ring ANY line with multiple choices, merely press Zero half a dozen times, you will be transferred to an operator- now they may be in somewhere awful like Glasgow and unable to speak English (no racism there, you see they speak Scottish- totally foreign), ask them to repeat their greeting---

"Halloooaaw! arm Awndee, vvit cawn ahh dee fey yee taydayahhh, caaan ahh bee afff heaaalllpphh"

then ring off!!!

got thro 3 hrs later .to be told anyone with a panasonic box will not get proper service as sky have got a tech problem and they are working on it woopee
