I've found that the looking at the normal charts icon on Money Am a bit slow today. Is there a reason for this?

IanT(MoneyAM) - 31 Mar 2006 15:05 - 82 of 124

hutchins,

I will speak to James so that he can take a look,

Ian

Ian
Thanks again. For some reason the charts still appear to be a bit slow coming up. Sometimes it's a bit of a delay or they don't appear at all.

capt M - 02 Apr 2006 17:46 - 86 of 124

I had the same problem as hutchins - last couple of days - normal charts have a delay of several seconds before they appear.

Thanks M

capt M & hutchins

I will take a look at things this end, can you E mail me ian@moneyam.com if you experience any slowness today?

I was having a look at what Google Finance are doing and was interested to see a charting technique to incorporate 'News' onto the chart.

Check out http://finance.google.com (Beta) - Lloyds TSB Group plc (ADR) (Public, NYSE:LYG) and then hit, say, the '3 month' or '6 month' chart.

I am having the same problem as capt M & hutchins with normal charts taking a long time to load.

Thanks Jennifer

IanT,

I am on the ACTIVE package, what will I lose if I cancel, and subscribe to the charting package please?

I need to be able to access non streaming prices for my XDA.

IanT(MoneyAM) - 05 Apr 2006 13:15 - 94 of 124

Andy,

The Simply chart package is a seperate subscription, which if you sign up for would give you a different username and password - that would then give you free access on MoneyAM at Premier Level, which, if you decided to use instead of your active subscription, would mean that you would have limited trades, limited stockwatch, (i.e. they would time out after a short period of time), you would not be able to access streaming news, news watch, or news alert. You would also lose streaming charts., and would only have limited access to our company zone and research pages.

You would also not be able to use the static (HTML) stockwatch

The Premier Level is our first paid for sub - if you go to our services, and click on comparison grid you can see what premier would entitled you to.

IanT,

Many thanks for your reply.

TullettJ (MoneyAM) - 06 Apr 2006 13:40 - 96 of 124

all,

There are currently problems with the DNS resolution for simplychart.com. This means that the website won't be available until they're resolved (updates shouldn't be affected)

I'll post here when the problems are resolved (we're reliant on others for this, it's out of our control)

J.

TullettJ (MoneyAM) - 06 Apr 2006 22:06 - 97 of 124

all,

The DNS problems are completely resolved, there should be no problems connecting to the simplychart.com website.

Unable to locate the Simply Chart Manual PDF as shown in Programes

James(MoneyAM) - 13 Apr 2006 09:50 - 99 of 124

Hi Iain,

Simply Chart v1.0.0 and v1.0.1 shipped with an incorrect link in the Start Menu to an old PDF manual. v1.0.2 is now available from SimplyChart.com and contains the correct link to the Windows Help manual.

Sorry about that.

Thanks, James.
