rpaco,
When you download it, it takes your e mail address for our records, this is not a username for the product. To be able to update the product, you need to be a subscriber.

I've found that the looking at the normal charts icon on Money Am a bit slow today. Is there a reason for this?

Thanks again. For some reason the charts still appear to be a bit slow coming up. Sometimes it's a bit of a delay or they don't appear at all.

I had the same problem as hutchins - last couple of days - normal charts have a delay of several seconds before they appear.
Thanks M

I was having a look at what Google Finance are doing and was interested to see a charting technique to incorporate 'News' onto the chart.
Check out
http://finance.google.com (Beta) - Lloyds TSB Group plc (ADR) (Public, NYSE:LYG) and then hit, say, the '3 month' or '6 month' chart.

IanT,
I am on the ACTIVE package, what will I lose if I cancel, and subscribe to the charting package please?
I need to be able to access non streaming prices for my XDA.

Andy,
The Simply chart package is a seperate subscription, which if you sign up for would give you a different username and password - that would then give you free access on MoneyAM at Premier Level, which, if you decided to use instead of your active subscription, would mean that you would have limited trades, limited stockwatch, (i.e. they would time out after a short period of time), you would not be able to access streaming news, news watch, or news alert. You would also lose streaming charts., and would only have limited access to our company zone and research pages.
You would also not be able to use the static (HTML) stockwatch
The Premier Level is our first paid for sub - if you go to our services, and click on comparison grid you can see what premier would entitled you to.

Hi Iain,
Simply Chart v1.0.0 and v1.0.1 shipped with an incorrect link in the Start Menu to an old PDF manual. v1.0.2 is now available from
SimplyChart.com and contains the correct link to the Windows Help manual.
Sorry about that.
Thanks, James.
