The Company has today been notified that as at 20 January 2006 the registered
holding of shares by Jefferies International (Nominees) Limited a/c SAFC held on
behalf of Roger Stroud who is the beneficial holder, has been reduced to 648,356
Ordinary shares representing 1.44% of the issued share capital.

hi hlyeo98, do you think this is a bad indication... how did you get this info... who is Roger Stroud, does he work for biofuels... Still a lot of the directors have bought shares... coments anyone.....?

Maybe it is bad news considering the drop in sp today

I too am concerned about the sp today and the previous 2 days. Would they not have to make an announcement if there was bad news? although the statement re the end of the month stated it would be ready unless it encountrerd unforeseen circumstances. Re directors share purchases the statement said CEO Sean Sutcliffe puchased 14,485 @ 102.5 and Richard Nickles 9,660 @ 102.5 hardly a significant purchase for 2 directors. Very uncomfortable.

Surley this time the plant will open , but if there is bad news ,you will be the last to know , however there is still big gains for the brave , toss of a coin job this ..

I'm not so brave considering its previous announcements which led to further delays. Old habits die hard.

Thats the trouble h ,they never tell you anything ,my money is on it opening ,,however my real money is firmly in other shares.

I have backed D1 oils... a safer bet. have an earth to fuel policy... i.e. they are involved in the growimg, refining, and selling. Also based in India, high growth, high fuel demand, already biofuel in use

Still no news...this is testing shareholders' patience....or no news means bad news...as they say they will open plant by tomorrow...notice some 4% drop today to 174p.

Like i said hlyeo , this is big risk , if its good news ,you'll be laughing , if they delay again it will tank big time ,good luck..

Strange RNS though ,,as usual they tell you only what they have to , nothing about when they expect to go in to production ,or sales . Still not convinced myself.
