Just a recap on the Indiantelevision articles of this year,if I may be so bold:
From April 2007:
Galleon Holdings CEO Stephen Green says,
"Apollo's Pad has multiple revenue streams and over time, it will extend into traditional licensing and merchandising formats including apparel and gifting", added Green. "MIPTV gives us the perfect opportunity to forge relationships with TV, online and mobile partners throughout the international and regional arenas."
http://www.indiantelevision.com/headlines/y2k7/apr/apr19.php
From July 2007:
In addition, the launch of Apollo's Pad on apollospad.com, a website that will provide streaming, premium downloads and user generated content is set for October 2007.
"There is a huge demand for short-form entertainment as well as music video content," said Green. "Apollo's Pad, the perfect 'comedy meets music' animated property offers multiple time lengths depending on the platform. The series that has the format of the Muppet show with the humour of the Simpsons, is certain to be a hit among the viewers.
Apollo's Pad was created by Green and Galleon Holdings plc MD Len Dunne."

From September 2007:
"Galleon Holdings plc MD Len Dunne added,"Sokator-442 at its heart has an amazing fantasy that we are bringing to life through an animated TV series combined with a content-rich online site and outreach programme. We have applied our learning from Apollo's Pad, our multiplatform young adult music meets comedy property that we developed with Sony BMG, to Sokator-442 and the results are blowaway."

It sounds to me as though GON have gone into the Mobile and Internet side in a very methodical way and as they themselves say or suggest,it's been a learning curve!
This avenue they have gone down shows that the Phoenix deal along with the area it covers has been a long term goal and GON have completed the necessary groundwork to hit this market in a big way pretty quickly-imo.

From the above:
' Under the terms of the deal, Phoenix will receive a fee for the supply
of its multi-platform interactive system to TV3'
Does that imply that GON/Phoenix have sold the 'stand alone' base that can be used for various programes by TV3?
Lots of news to come from the Far East methinks! :-)

Still evolving but looking like an exciting IP and can't wait for the Sokatoer-442 version!
