Tax relief for parents for school fee payments.

After all, they have already paid their taxes but not received any state education for their kids.

Tax relief for private health care operation payments (eg. replacement hips and knees, etc.)

After all, these tax payers have already paid their taxes but haven't received the operations from the NHS for said hip and knee replacements, etc.

NHS to start charging patients a 'nominal amount' for food, drink and other refreshments which are supplied to them whilst they are in hospital.

After all, they would have had to spend their own money on food, etc, if they had been at home instead of in hospital.
(Obviously, I would be expect to give certain patients relief from such payments).

That the NHS are made to buck their ideas and actions up concerning the charging of immigrants, holiday visitors to the UK, and the like for NHS treatments supplied to non-UK tax-payers.

When I lose my hearing aid I am expected to pay £75 for a replacement and have to visit the hospital to do so so that my records show this payment has been made. It is therefore obvious that the NHS is capable of making charges to such patients/people and also able to take these payments and open and document pertinent digital files accordingly.
