Look outside: Lovely.
Look at the market: Showing signs of recovery.
Why not have a cup of camomile tea and take the weight off.
ainsoph has gone so we are all saved imo. DYOR.

Sorry, sequestor we have removed your post above. Let's all let sleeping dogs lie. Certain posters have now gone and it would be good to carry on without constant reference to their past lives. Call me old fashioned but life really is to short, lovely weather, weekend coming, nice choppy market today , what else could we want.

Was 79 a typo, or are posts renumbered when a post is removed?
yuff - 30 May'03 - 12:46 - 79 of 86
Ian T/ moderator4
I assume post 79 is judged to be fine in relation to all your personal vendetta posts that were subsequently banned this week.

Too hot for the trout,
Post 79(a)
Re. post 79 I apologise profusely for the content of the post and am in total agreement with yuff, the post was in the worst possible taste, the mere mention of the late departed is reason enough for censorship, again apologies for those who saw the `little a` word before it was rightly wiped.
I trust others will also follow my new lead and ensure that such offensive
words are stricken from the collective memory
RIP 666
ps I see that post no.79 is still extant - hideous !!

Time to see if the Grayling might be interested, a slow walk down to the brook seems in order.

olie
there was a time that the close season was observed-and with good reason. enjoy yanking out the poor fish with nothing else on their mind but ensuring you can continue to catch them.

Only because I catch them superrer,
they do make good eating from a chalk stream in particular, much nicer than hatchery trout, almost a cucumber smell from them when fresh.

so olie
grayling are not specifically noted for going for a fly..........so how do you ensure you are not snaring coarse fish ? sounds like the EU policy to me. you can catch them as long as you dont mean to catch them. but in the EU case the poor buggers get thrown back dead.
