MELDEX. Double your money- quicktime. (MDX)

kitosdad - 12 Dec 2007 16:20

The engines have fired up at last for MDX. ( BPRG ) At long last they are being recognised for the force they will become over the next two years. On the cusp of disclosing huge revenue-earning deals with Global pharmacists. These have been hinted at as being unrolled before the years end, but may be in the next days. You still have time to get in at a bargain-basement price before the SP takes off for real shortly.

G - the volume of traffic recently tells you all you need to know.

The loss will never be accepted by any of them as "expected". The delusions still exist; it's simply that they can't do anything about it now and that's all they've finally realised.

Not long until the anniversary of the suspension ............. you know, the very temporary one!

DilI cannot understand why you are so obviously against anything Barry says or doesit is true to say he has had his moments in the pastjust like most successful businessmenthey all sail close to the wind when requiredas I am sure you haveBarry was dupedsame as all of usvery cleverlyand I might add very illegallyby a bods rotten to the core!he has achieved a miracle to which I am gratefulhe has told me personally that he will not stitch me upthat means he will not stitch any investor upincluding you!he and Garry have worked tirelessly to turn the company around from the brink of total wipe-outno one else was willingwhat more can he do to convert you?and yes of course he primarily jumped in to save his money and not minebut is that so strange?Diltake a step backclear the headand ask yourself, does Barry deserves your continued tauntingI dont think he does!

Have just spoken to Barry, who unlike CM said returned my call. The auditors are still working on the technical aspects of the accounts, and its hoped that they may be finished by the end of this week. That said, don't expect an immediate update from the company as they themselves still need to right up the Chairman's statement as well as other accompanying notes to go with those from the auditors.

The next audit for full year 09 has already been booked for the first 2 weeks of March 2010.

All in all, I came away from my call with Barry feeling quite positive. Barry said that the company was moving in the right direction and from his tone, I would say that all shareholders have a bright future ahead of them if they are left alone to get on with the business. That said, Barry once again said that any investor who has any question about the company and its business should always call him or take up the offer of going to spend some time with them - just as another poster did recently

doent want to be a poo poo but when was the last set of audited accounts issued? anyone know? were they "fully" audited? when are the next due? anyone know? or are they late? if so how late? anyone know? if so why so? anyone know? and so it continues , or so it seems. the saga continues. the longer it lingers the more difficult to get to the bottom of those that might prefer not. could be wrong, just my opinion as always
regards
jkd
oh and btw the next set of accounts for 09 have already been booked for march 010

JKDthe last set of published accounts are a jackanoryas real to life as the magic roundaboutthanks to TFLBT and his ganglet me just remind you of Barrys task to date
Shares were suspended at 7p in December 08 and an unsuccessful winding up petition was made against the company by its poor excuse of a former chief executiveRichard Trevillionthanks Barry!.the company required a minimum 6 million to pay creditors provide working capital for 18 months have the 2008 accounts signed off by auditors and re-list on the Plus marketthis was miraculously achieved by way of a convertible secured loan notethe accounts will be ready before Xmas thanks Barry!Meldex has spent the year fighting back vigorously with restructuring achieved and commercial progressthanks Barry! Pursuing its two principal former directors for damages in court On Friday 3 July Meldex was granted a High Court injunction freezing the personal assets of Richard Trevillion (2,432,949.50) and development director Steve Martin (1,309,683.00)thanks Barry!Meldex is seeking "substantial damages" and in defining TFLBT and TFLBM personal assets down to pence shows Barry is doing the job seriouslythank Barry!JKDthe 2008 accounts cannot be signed off until the auditors are satisfied Meldex has sufficient working capital for at least 12 monthshence the delayThe next audit for full year 09 has already been booked for the first 2 weeks of March 2010...that soon enough for you?thanks Barry!Barry hopes to achieve a market capitalisation of 130 million to 150 million without too much dilution above the current loan note offering and within three yearsthanks Barry!with the loan note documentation and the company's website meldexinternational.com you can see Barry has been committed to stabilising the company and defining a new approach to commercialise its polymer film technologiesthanks Barry!JKDif you are still not convincedyou can always contact Barry at BJM@meldexinternational.com or telephone him on 01223 394 250.but you wont!

Dil - 02 Dec 2009 17:53 - 8135 of 8631

tabby , unlike most of the muppets on advfn I do not stand to lose a lot if the whole thing went tits up so unlike them am not desperate to get behind someone who imo has already had one bite of the pie when floating this pile of shite.

After getting caught with his trousers down by RT he has now again imo made sure that he will be able to sell out at a profit a lot lower than most by engineering the low priced scln.

Wouldn't trust him or his mates as far as I could throw them , everything they have ever touched has been a disaster for the ordinary PI.

Big Al - 08 Dec 2009 20:50 - 8136 of 8631

"Thanks Barry"?

Same mugs, different year. Almost time for the first anniversary party, just after the first anniversary of when Tabatha last "topped up".

Do we bake 2 cakes? ;-0

jkd - 08 Dec 2009 22:13 - 8137 of 8631

B J Muncaster

Chay,
With respect. Do you have any idea how much time it would take and the effort involved to report in detail on the status of 151 products that were supposedly on sale, the (from memory) 84 dossiers that were purchased, the multiple core-tech developments, and the multiple partner deals announced?

We have a very small team and our focus has been on (a) ensuring the Company will survive, (b) raising funds to do the job, (c) restructuring the development programme and resurrecting relationships, (d) restablishing and growing the Menoflavon brand, (e) sorting out the dysfunctional corporate structure, (f) getting the accounts into shape to be audited, and (g) dealing with litigation matters as both plaintiff and defendant.

In addition to these obvious tasks, we've made significant reductions in overhead costs, implemented a more efficient IP management structure, rehoused TabWrap (Swollo and pilot WaferTab underway), held an AGM, maintained constant dialogue with interested investors by phone, email and visits (my inbox currently has 1065 emails in it), launched a new website, and, most importantly, made good progress with new and potential new customers.

The team: me, Gary and Keith as directors, Steve, Nat and Paul in the lab, Jayne and Diane in accounts, Chisom in legal, and Sue the office oracle. We have Alison, Bart and Ed chipping in as consultants. And that's your lot.

What went on in the past will become known at some point, and there's nothing we're hiding. But to be frank, trawling over historical issues is not our priority and won't be until we have the time to do the job properly. If any volunteer wants to spend their time and their money going over the history they'll be made most welcome and we'd even make a desk available for them.

---------------------------------

There you go JKDDilor even bouncyyou can get your hands on all the historical Meldex info you wantthe open offer is there to you allno stringsand your own desk
I know the answer..you have no time?but will still berate Barry at every given opportunitylike I said this is your big chance to prove Barry as the Dandy HighwaymanI fear no takers!!!stand and deliverretract your view on Barryor fu*k off.in the nicest type of way

Fred1new - 09 Dec 2009 10:30 - 8140 of 8631

Tabby,

I wish the Meldex team good luck. I hope they pull it off.

I thought and still think their "technology" has a lot going for it, especially for administration of "medications" etc..

It would be a nice to see a few profitable years come soon.

tabasco - 09 Dec 2009 10:32 - 8141 of 8631

LOL Dil - forgot about your anniversary. ;-))))))

Anyone not bullish on MDX have comments you regard as worthless, Tabatha. But then I doubt jkd is in as big a mess with his investments as members of the zoo.
