I do like the peaceful atmosphere in here at night. Even more when GD has left a guinness for me on the bar, be rude to waste it.

Back from rugger at Newlands where The Boks turned over The Paddies, fabulous atmosphere and pretty good game, especially if you were shouting "Bokka, Bokka, Bokka" as I was. Mrs.LW saw me on the tv before the game as we were caught up in the Boks team coach arriving at the stadium.

Missed all the racing today.

Must have earned a refill, worked really hard today, trolley grand prix and all, taken out by schumacher in the till queue when running third. Think I'll sneak a ceegar as well.

Guess I'd better go, can't sit here forever when I've got work to do, but I may be back.

May I suggest this chilled Chablis I discovered in the cooler, seems rather good.
