Galleon Holdings (GON)

banjomick - 15 Jun 2004 08:48

INTELLIGENT INVESTING WITH BANJO,well sort of! (Ed-hmmmm-lol)

Galleon Holdings plc has three key divisions:Galleon Entertainment for entertainment type IP,Croco Worldwide for product IP,Phoenix for interactive TV services for broadcasters in China/South East Asia which includes Robot Information Technology (Lushy Assets ('Yunbo')) who are a wireless interactive platform service provider in China who will work alongside Phoenix to enable GON to hold on to a greater part of the generated revenue and so increase the profit margin......think that's the plan! :-)

This makes Galleon Holdings a 'One Stop Shop' to develop and complete new and existing IP's.

Still evolving but looking like an exciting IP and can't wait for the Sokatoer-442 version!

Set in a nightclub, it follows the adventures of disco dude Hudson, the new club manager as he tried to get the club in shape, despite his less than ideal staff and singers.

Evening Krackett,
Looking rather good methinks, back much later.

banjomick - 13 Nov 2007 23:51 - 821 of 1609

Not sure what anyone else thinks but Hardman & Co have lost all credibility in their reports as far as I'm concerned or have other agendas.

*************************************************
Edit-Misunderstood,so apologies Hardman and Co.
*************************************************

Not saying for one moment they should ramp the companies they choose but in the last two reports they have delibratly toned down their information regarding GON!In the last report GON was their leading riser and they hardly gave GON a mention and now they still completely ignore Apollo's Pad and concentrate on Mysti!!!!!! AMAZING-lol

Edit-In that after all the positive news flow why didn't H&C just say cut your losses as we don't think GON can achieve their goals.A positive sign to me-dyor,lol

GALLEON

Galleons shares are now trading close to a year high,up from around 10p in the
first half of the year to over 30p now after a stream of excellent newsflow. Good news continued this month with the announcement of a deal for Mysti, the teenage girls series. The feature film rights have been optioned to Cutstone Feature Productions for 265,000. A further 500,00 is payable if the film
goes into production, together with a share of 15% of net profits. This is excellent news as Mysti was beginning to look a little like the bridesmaid of the IP portfolio.

An up-day is an up-day which in turn is in fact an up-day!

banjomick - 15 Nov 2007 23:50 - 823 of 1609

ABC Australia are still repeating the first series of Skunk Fu at least into December! This is a very good sign,in my opinion.

From the 'Dark Side',there is talk of a third series being aired March-April 2008 :-)

Hardman November

GALLEON
Galleon this month announced an agreement for its new subsidiary, Phoenix Investment Global Ltd, to supply its multi-channel system to Malaysias largest TV station, TV3. Phoenixs involvement is crucial in developing broadcast away from simple one-to-many TV and towards online and mobile, truly interactive content. This deal validates the concept were impressed to see a major broadcaster taking it up. However we will be ceasing to analyse Galleon at the end of this month and wish them well in developing their entertainment portfolio.

banjomick - 16 Nov 2007 20:40 - 827 of 1609

Evening driver,
Did you just make that up? lol

Either way I think that would be a fair call.

Hardman would say they have helped GON by highlighting the company to the wider investment community so their job is done. The future progress of GON would indeed hold Hardman in great light as they picked them out a relatively early stage!
