Thought Id start this one going because its rather dead on this board at the moment and I suppose all my usual muckers are either at the Stella tennis event watching Dim Tim (lose again) or at Henly Regatta eating cucumber sandwiches (they wish,...NOT).
Anyway please feel free to just talk to yourself blast away and let it go on any company or subject you wish. Just wish Id thought of this one before.
cheers GF.

Oh for petes sake George it’s not always about what the individual wants, that’s one reason why individual Company threads are set up and not just one very long one.
If anyone fresh to the board or someone has an interest in a particular Company they can find most of the previous news in one place.

Calm down Stan, it's not like the only place you'll see that HMV is in administration is on the HMV thread, it'll be all over the news.

Retail rents far too high. I expect a crash for property companies like Land Securities et al.

I suggest a duel at dawn.
I got a nice pair of pistols for sale.
You can stand at twenty paces with Manuel in between you as arbitrator.
The first one to hit him can have an ice-cream.

The first day for a long time I have a portfolio completely blue.

No, it is not that little toad Bercow. It is Romeo, the world’s loneliest frog, who after 10 years alone in his aquarium tank, has finally found his Juliet. Or better, researchers have found her for him, lazy sod.
Expedition leader Teresa Camacho Badani of the Museo de Historia Natural Alcide d’Orbigny in Cochabamba City said, ‘Romeo is really calm and relaxed and doesn’t move a whole lot.’ Typical Burnley male then.
His mate, Juliet, is rather different, she told the BBC, saying, ‘She’s really energetic, she swims a lot and she eats a lot and sometimes she tries to escape. Typical expatriate female then. Probably talks and spends a lot too.
