Pursuit Dynamics plc is a UK based research and development company, which was founded in 2000 to develop and commercialise a revolutionary pumping and propulsion technology. Pursuit Dynamics (symbol: PDX) was listed on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange in May 2001.

PDX 25 Sonic.

The PDX Technology is a steam-based system that has applications in both pumping and marine propulsion. It is cheap to manufacture, extremely robust, contains no moving parts and is virtually impossible to block. Pursuit Dynamics owns 100% of the Intellectual Property Rights that surround the PDX Technology.

Pursuit Dynamics is now working towards the commercialisation of the technology it has developed.

Is no one else holding this excellent British company - now up 13%.

Toya - 02 Oct 2007 18:36 - 820 of 1003

Hi Oakapples - I don't hold any stock currently but have done earlier in the year - sold some time in July. It carried on up afterwards but then I was relieved because it nose-dived... Must have another look and see what's happening now. Have noticed its steep recent climb.

Hi Toya - I have been in and out of PDX like a yoyo. First bought in at 40p!. It tends to flatter to deceive but has made me good profits. There has been so many `near` contracts - US Navy, Royal Duchy Shell and Kippe to name a few. I still feel the product is brilliant and that the Company will prosper and so will the share holders. Dipped to-day with small holders taking profits but even split on buyers and sellers.

blueface - 29 Nov 2007 19:08 - 823 of 1003

Major deal expected very soon which will kill off the bears of pdx..Also Genkos note out on 26/11/07 reiterating their target price of 544p.."Good progress,Great prospects" they say..recommend BUY @1.97..watch this space!

hlyeo98 - 29 Nov 2007 21:01 - 824 of 1003

It is not due to bears but to increasing operating loss despite increased turnover...

Financial Highlights
Turnover 2007 3.1 million (2006: 1.5 million)
Operating loss 2007 7.0 million (2006 4.3 million)
Net Funds 2007 7.4 million (2006: 4.9 million)

PDX must be fairly confident of increasing revenue streams quite sharply during the next 12 months, they can't afford to invest 7m every year on R&D and admin costs on a yearly basis without doing so. Either that or they will keep coming back to the market cap in hand.

blueface - 30 Nov 2007 16:50 - 826 of 1003

Nice bounce in PDX today!..I don't feel sorry for those bears!..Very good news coming soon..these shares will shoot up..just watch this space...BUY NOW!!

Oakapples142 - 03 Dec 2007 16:09 - 827 of 1003

Interesting blueface that the person turns out to be Brian Sweeney. How my portfolio could do with a boost from my favourite holding. Some news of a good contract would be most welcome.

blueface - 05 Dec 2007 12:43 - 832 of 1003

One of my stockbrokers in the City of London hopes to arrange a meeting with PDX shortly via their PR people..I just hope Brian Sweeney, being a non executive director, has not broken the SFA rules by buying more shares within a close period of PDX announcing some major contract!..hope you Oakapples142 had a chance to click on to the reuters article which I posted yesterday..refers to telecon with Johnny Heathcote...one of my private investor chums picked up some more pdx yesterday at 75p...I am sure we will be hearing some very positive news soon..pdx are still incredibly cheap!BUY..

blueface - 05 Dec 2007 12:45 - 833 of 1003

correction..I of course meant 1-75!!...not 75p!!

Oakapples142 - 23 Jan 2008 10:52 - 834 of 1003

I have grown tired of the unnecessary new thread. I would suggest doubters look back over this original tread before making further tiresome comments. I have great faith in this British company and firmly believe that now that they have expanded their base (and particularly in USA) that gigantic contracts are on the way. Personally I am biased as I originally bought them at 26p and sold at 267p. I now own a large chunk at an average of 215p and look forward a startling future
