Why are we again at 10.5p bid?
It doesn't add up...
Good Results + Strong buying pre results + Christmas online buying soon = Price drop
Then again some companies that have debt for equity hanging in the balance, poor results and bankruptcy around the corner and they go up!
Why sell now at a loss?
Wont that be a kick in the teeth when we see 13.5p 14p again!
Best of luck all.

Scared thet so oft seen rapid fall after very best results! for the mo. at least dont have to agonise over wether to sell some in antisipation of results fall which of course may or may not hapen. next few days will be interesting hopefully happy xfinger D.

Overgrowth - very interesting as always - thanks alot
I'm with you for the long run on 2/3 of my holdings, I have made enough profit else where to take a gamble on this one, and well I like the odds (in the long term that is)

"TAKE takeover stories about Retail Decisions with a big pinch of salt. The international market leader in credit card fraud prevention wants to remain independent. It jumped 2 1/4p further to a high of 22 3/4p on turnover of 15m-plus following a strong buy recommendation from Daniel Stewart. Full-year results in March should show pre-tax profits soaring to 5.4m from 0.8m last time."
Looking very promising for Monday and Tuesday folks - hold on to your hats!

Nice to see some MM buys this am - they appear to be trying to gather stock - despite the rush for it this morning. Personally I would expect to see some tree shaking later as they try to get enough stock for tomorrow (my cynicism assumes they know more than we do but on this basis we should be in for a good day tomorrow)
Just been looking back at the interims again and 2 things have come to mind that I think will play a large part in the sentiment tomorrow. Firstly, when looking at the profit figures, they have been writing off quite large chunks of ammortisation. They will do even more of this at year end imho and this may depress the headline profit figure (though obviously not the free cashflow). Secondly, I believe that a lot of this years performance is now priced in and any potential huge jump will come about on the back of CC forward looking statement. In the past some of his statements have been conservative to say the least, lets hope he puts a very positive spin on it tomorrow (preferably with some new contract announcements to back it up)
Still holding for the long term - good luck all

if the profits happen to be lower than 5.5 million, what is this gonna do to the stock price? & if these rumours of 7 million profit are true, any speculation to the stock priice tomorrow and with the week to come?
look forward to reading the wealth of knowledge from among the RTD holders

Tokyo,
a while ago i posted a variety of scenarios that will cover your above question. I am still expecting profits of c.5.5m and would be happily proved wrong (at 7m+). I believe in that post I expected 28p pre results and 35p post results and have seen/heard nothing to alter my view. The only certainty with RTD in the next few days is volatility.
