MELDEX. Double your money- quicktime. (MDX)

kitosdad - 12 Dec 2007 16:20

The engines have fired up at last for MDX. ( BPRG ) At long last they are being recognised for the force they will become over the next two years. On the cusp of disclosing huge revenue-earning deals with Global pharmacists. These have been hinted at as being unrolled before the years end, but may be in the next days. You still have time to get in at a bargain-basement price before the SP takes off for real shortly.

Gausie - 18 Jan 2010 14:28 - 8205 of 8631

What does 'Parlous' mean? as in 'Parlous financial position'?

Gausie - 18 Jan 2010 14:30 - 8206 of 8631

What does 'realising' mean, in the context of 'no prospect of realising value'?

Gausie - 18 Jan 2010 14:40 - 8207 of 8631

Poor old Bazza. I bet he's disappointed he wasn't able to provide audited accounts prior to the fundraising. He's probably hugely embarassed and will be hoping people out there who put up more cash aren't now feeling conned when he said the audited accounts would not be available until after the fundraising.

I don't think Bazza is pretending that he didn't know how bad things were - I'm sure he was genuinely clueless.

I'm sure he didnt deliberatley mislead his faithful flock. I'm sure he wasn't trying to rip anyone off. I'm sure he wasn't trying to profit through deception. I'm sure that wasn't his intention. So I'm sure tabby will forgive and forget.

For Bazza is an honourable man.

As are they all honourable men.

.... But Dil, Al and ptholden - they're shrewd men.

You couldn't see for looking through those greedy, rose-tinted spectacles, Tabatha. Did it never occur to your tiny little brain that these numbers were simply not feasible? It did to many here. ;-))

Bouncy/Gausie; Thank you very much for this latest outburst in posts 8207, 8209, think you are pressing the self destruct button, so we will oblige.

Bye bye

Big Al - 18 Jan 2010 16:28 - 8211 of 8631

That's the umpteenth time you've said goodbye. Can't quite being yourself, can you? ;-)))

BTW, the truth is seldom referred to as an outburst unless you've got rose-tinted blinkers on.

Big Al - 18 Jan 2010 16:39 - 8212 of 8631

On a more serious note, how much have the restated accounts reduced the chances of the company surviving, let alone relisting, and how much reduced are the chances of shareholders getting anything back?

Amongst the standard diatribe from Tabatha, Gausie makes a very good point. When did the current management begin to realise that these numbers were in fact correct? Were they before or after the SLN debacle? From taking over to first launching the SLN there was a full 6 months, and then a further 3 months until completion of it, and I'm sure their eyes were focussed somewhat on re-assessing the financial position.

It clearly raises very important questions the current management should answer.

Same old tired answer from a failed investor.

We've all been "lucky" numbnuts. LOL!!! Not that I believe a word you say on that score. Anyone who's fought so long and hard for something that's "sitting in the bottom of a draw in my office" (it's drawer, BTW) gives a lot more than a "flying fcuk". Whatever happened to your bye bye, Tabatha? It lasted less than an hour. ROFLMAO!!

Don't think much of your taste in wine either. Hardly Hollywood lifestyle. ;-))

Now, what about the serious question regarding when exactly the results for 2008 were known? It beggars belief that there was no inkling before the SLN, doesn't it? At worst very sinister, at best incompetence for not reviewing it sooner. So much for good management.

tabasco - 18 Jan 2010 18:22 - 8216 of 8631

The bye bye was for youplease see bullshare commentsyou have never been quick on the uptakeand the wine is just finephone a friend

One thing bothering me tabby , wasn't Jane who re-stated the 2008 accounts and is a current employee of mdx also one of the people who prepared the original 2008 accounts ?
