Please report bugs and enhancements (BUGS)

andy.lovell - 04 Nov 2002 11:26

If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!

Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.

The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.

This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)

If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

The only if they had done things different thread is showing 153 posts when there are 155

Kayak - 17 Mar 2003 09:48 - 831 of 7315

Sputnick, that's because Dil's and Ash's posts are faked, they are actually part of Addo's post...

Kayak

The list of levels/prices in https://www.moneyam.com/action/user/changeSub is not totally well ordered. Premier+ Monthly/Annual should come after Premier for clarity.

Doesn't seem to be any rogue orders at this end, which ones are you seeing?

I've just changed some boxes in "My Account" referring to the email bulletins but since I made the changes I keep getting a "this page contains secure and non secure items do you want to display the non secure items" message every time I change page or refresh. How do I get rid of it pleeeeeeaaaase?

Kayak - 18 Mar 2003 17:08 - 838 of 7315

Robbb, edit the link at the top of the screen from https: to http:. Or close the browser and reenter the site with an http: link.

Robb - 18 Mar 2003 17:13 - 839 of 7315

kayak - you hero :-) that was driving me bloody nuts. I assume the s is something to do with viewing in secure mode from changing a/c details?

Anyway, thanks.
Rob

Yep, although it should have brought you back to http: automatically. Perhaps that's an issue with the web pages.

During the last few days due to the problems encountered at ADVFN I have been comapring the feed from several providers.

I noticed that volumes given on the various stockwatch style pages varied across providers. Today however, on all of the stocks that I have checked, ADVFN and MyTrack agree - MoneyAM does not. Some examples BP BAY DGE GLH GUS - all are showing somewhat lower values on MoneyAM.

The problem does not appear to be solely related to pre-market trades.

Take DGE for instance - currently ADVFN/MyTrack is showing 1688673 MoneyAM is showing 965818. The volume traded pre-market was 286788.
