How would you like to trade a market where you get large regular price swings every 10 minutes in the afternoon, seven days a week. A
market where all prices are set purely by supply and demand, few transaction costs, no middle men and you only pay commission if you win? Where you can freely act as a market maker and where you have direct market access and where you can create a spread for others to take?
Betfair has revolutionised the betting market and created an open platform for exchanging risk on sports events. This market is now viewed much more like a traditional financial risk market than an old fashioned betting market. Smart users have realised that there are huge opportunities on Betfair because they can buy and sell risk in much the same way they would in a normal financial market but without the burden of cost or the restricted access that is usually associated with traditional financial markets.

Here are my thoughts.
Nalbandian being the experianced type will be thinking through his options and how to hold off Bagy and rescue a final place.
Bagy must be nervous thinking that he could be in his first ever grand slam final.
Nalbandian worth some money?

Ill go for Baggy to have a little rest and compose himself and to finish it off with 3 big serves

Rained on Baghdatis parade or what. Given time to think how to dig my way out.

For an unseeded player Baggy shows such confidence. Two games ago I thought he was out on his feet - but he keeps coming back.
Personally I think he will give Federer more to think about and a bigger test than Nalbandian would. There's a mile between the ratings and all the stats are against him - but who knows?
But what a stranger than fiction situation with the rain!!

Best match I have watched in ages.
Hell, I should have kept my 1.50 lay on Nalbandian open.

Did my greening up via the 'Winner' market where, thanks to Federer's very short odds, you could back any of the others at handsome prices and for a small outlay.
So in effect during the game that's just ended, I was on either to win the same amount (in the final of course!) for just 10 of my 200 Nalbendian 'pot'.
So I now have the best part of 200 to play with in the final. Phew!
And, unlikely though it might seem, Federer has still got to get past Kiefer. (Sounds wrong that but you know what I mean!)

Want to make a name for yourself? Or maybe just pass an opinion about the future? Want to benefit your chosen charity - or maybe renage and maybe just bet and benefit yourself? When the time comes, will either they or you be around to collect?
Might 'long bets' be of interest you?

Zaragoza 3-0 up and you could get 1.09 or lay Barca at 40 ???
Chances of Barca scoring 4 and Zara not scoring had to be bigger than that statistically surely ?
If Burton were 3-0 up v Man U at home after 35 minutes then the above odds would have looked generous so easy money or not ?
