OK temporary accomodation for us ex-pats of Spacie's coffee house that is sadly now boarded up and in memory of Goldie's old pad the tearooms.
No fancy stuff, as this is temporary until we find a nice new place but it's warm down here with the fire and aga and I've organised a daily guinness, lager and wine delivery. There is a small kitchen in the corner and a few comfy cosy armchairs.
So feel free to take refuge when you need a break - self-service generally I'm afraid but when I can I'll rustle up a meal :>)

Mmm, it seems that Lamby is a husband and a father and maybe is also Italian. The plot thickens, so does the stew :o)

Bunny
you should buy at auction if you can. Low prices and when the hammer goes down its yours, no messing about.

Morning all. C & D for me please Bunny.
An aunt of mine bought a field at an auction. She didn't mean to; she didn't want it. She had just noticed a friend in the crowd and waved at her; oblivious to all that was going on around her she didn't realise that the hammer had gone down in her favour until someone gave her a nudge. Fortunately the crowd and the auctioneer had a sense of humour and the bid went to the previous bidder. My aunt never went to another auction!

Yes you are right Jeffie but to do so would mean going into rented when we leave this one and I just don't fancy the double upheaval at this stage.
LOL Kim ;>)

Can you get a double espresso and a criossant in this place? ;-0
Sounds like only Lamb stew, which is an improvement on the last dive we hung around in admittedly. All that sweet, young, tender flesh smothered in mint sauce. ;-))))))))
