Oh no - I forgot - thats Frogpack and Candle wrap - wrap the shuttle up after re entry and just drop it on the runway- should solve the problem.

A steady Eddie day - how boring

Steady Eddie days are good! - better than unsteady Eric. Mary has just had a net 65 in the medal so will be off 36 handicap at last; going to cost me in terms of celebration this evening! We are clearly building to an announcement re the US: likely to be reasonably well before the EGM; Tim Freeborn feedback suggests that they are holding their hosses re recent RNSs witing for the big one. Within the next 10 days so may be Baza's Tuesday; although they also seem to like Thursdays and Mondays! Good sign to see moneyplus stocking up; but where is Dynamite? We should probably put out a general alert given all these explosives around. But she is good at giving a share the kiss of life!

Hi Eric,

Where did you get the "next ten days" from?

bosley - 09 Aug 2005 18:51 - 8240 of 27111

sharesure, why not indeed!! mp , i hope you don't think i was having a go at you? volumes have been light lately and sells out number buys by more than 2 to 1. yet we are blue. so strange. but happy.

ptholden - 09 Aug 2005 20:13 - 8241 of 27111

Dream of a handicap of 36 Eric!! No doubt markus will be posting somewhere later this evening on his masterful golfing abilities (at least he didn't take any money off me today, gave it to Predateur instead!!).

"Come on Stanelco!" - get back to 30p soon!

Eric,

A re-match with PTH and Predateur at Longcliffe GC today - The Shark was back in only +2 gross (incl. a double-bogey 6) for a homeward 9 of 38 gross. If only my 6-foot birdie putt on the 18th. Hole had dropped instead of looping & resting barely 2mm away [guys, I am exaggerating here?] then what a comeback!!! I still took the money on the Back-9 though, if not robbed on the overall match by uno poix from Predateur!

ptholden - 09 Aug 2005 21:00 - 8244 of 27111

Yawn!!

:-}}

markusantonius - 09 Aug 2005 21:12 - 8245 of 27111

Just spoken with the yawner (PTH). He is, in fact, still sulking from losing today (golf) on his home soil ! :o)

Front-9:Predateur.
Back-9: Markusantonius.
Overall: Predateur (by barely 2mm putt (on the 18th green) from Markus!!).

superrod - 09 Aug 2005 22:29 - 8246 of 27111

why all the fuss about premarket and just after the bell prices? havent ANY of you peeps traded SETS stocks before?

stick a few in your monitor

eg

corus, BT, rolls royce.

the opening scare has been done to death here. at close of market its a similar story. as various mms sign off the bid is VERY often higher than the offer. it means zilch, other than giving a tiny ( free ) insight to level2.

bosley - 09 Aug 2005 23:25 - 8247 of 27111

thanks for the info superrod.

predateur - 10 Aug 2005 06:57 - 8248 of 27111

Markus, they say a miss is as good as a mile.
2mm = 1 mile = paytime.
Great day, thanks both.
