GGK up 75% this morning - thanks to GF (I think) for spotting this. However I suspect that the price rise is due to momentum rather than Fundamentals.

I have bought 2 traanches of 100,000 this morning - neither of which have registered on the screen yet ??c

Go go baby - wanting to double up before the tax year end - love it - came out of it and SO GLAD I am back in - I am after a ten bagger this year like my golfing hole in one dream!

I have watched this for two weeks, feeling like a fool now as I didn't get in. Is it too late to get in now, and what is the prospect of this one? Thanks.

Likewise... Announcement just out on possible acquisition. ANy ideas who it might be?

Potential board appointment and acquisition.

The Company announces that it is in advanced discussions with Douglas Yates, a
former board member of The Rank Group plc and currently a non executive
director with Aggregate Industries plc, with regard to his imminent appointment
to the board of Gamingking as non-executive Chairman. Further details will be
announced at the time of his formal appointment.

The Company is also in discussions with a potential acquisition target ('the
Target'). The Target which is a complementary business, would constitute a
significant transaction for the Company but would not be a reverse takeover.
Discussions with the Target are advancing and the Company will make a further
announcement at the appropriate time.

The Company has noted the recent increase in its share price and, other than the
reasons noted above, is not aware of any cause for this increase.

TWO holes in one! Wow! Yes I agree 2 Ten baggers I could cope with not having a hole in one!

It's never to late in life for anything - even if you guys make a quick 20% - that's better than a poke in the eye and good going. Go for it.

Most people think i'm lucky, hence two holes in one, its a great feeling but rather make money (shallow person i am).

Could GGT be 'the target' GGK is refering to?

Statement re Suspension

The Board of the Company notes the recent share price movement and confirms that
the Company is in discussions with a view to making a substantial acquisition.
As the proposed acquisition, if implemented, will constitute a reverse takeover
under the AIM rules, the Company has requested a suspension of its shares
pending a full announcement and the publication of a further admission document.

Why was the big rise this am and big drop this evening in GamingKing?

there were a lot of buys that went through at the end of the day. so should see price up by morning. hoping for smaller rises from here to keep the day traders away, leading up to rns about aquisition. good luck to holders.

Holding - for the longer term - shame to miss a quick buck but hanging in for a wadge further down the road.

Looks like more downturn on the way.

Down 0.72p to 3.88p today...I predicted 3.5p yesterday (quite close). I guess tomorrow will be down to 3.1p.
