How would you like to trade a market where you get large regular price swings every 10 minutes in the afternoon, seven days a week. A
market where all prices are set purely by supply and demand, few transaction costs, no middle men and you only pay commission if you win? Where you can freely act as a market maker and where you have direct market access and where you can create a spread for others to take?
Betfair has revolutionised the betting market and created an open platform for exchanging risk on sports events. This market is now viewed much more like a traditional financial risk market than an old fashioned betting market. Smart users have realised that there are huge opportunities on Betfair because they can buy and sell risk in much the same way they would in a normal financial market but without the burden of cost or the restricted access that is usually associated with traditional financial markets.

Steve
Rio could score today. LOL!
He has a personal wager with his brother Anton to score the most by the end of the season. Rio is currently ahead 3-2

had a shocker on the horses today so was chasing a bit but back on a level keel now :-)
bit frustrated cos i traded a couple of poor races and hence turned off to walk the dog and forgot to back Brave Inca in the big Irish hurdle as planned - got back in turned on the telly to watch it jump the last and romp home

Having a rare chance to play the horses. 6 out of 6 so far and getting worried about spoiling the run after clearing Monday's target on the tennis this morning :-)
Don't know nuffink about football - still you'll be telling me that's no handicap, just like pattern trading NASDAQ stocks. The fundamentals don't matter. It is just whether the price is moving and you can capture some of it. lol

Cameroon look a big price in the african nations. Their price has drifted due to leaving out 5 players from last time though still should be way to strong for Congo who have been appalling - Etoo seems to be scoring for fun and i think will continue tonite
game is on Eurosport 1 (ch410) whilst Angolo vs Togo is on Eurosport 2 (ch411)

Thanks Steve.
Will take a look at Cameroon in a mo. They gave me a decent profit earlier this week with Etoo scoring a screamer of a goal.

Missed most of the United game. Seems to be par for the course for me today. Looking for something else to put my money on.

Nice work Steve. Having a good day after all then.
Didn't get in on that game as keeping an eye on Man U as didn't green up and sitting on a big Wolves/Draw liability.

why are you worried they are 3-0 up!!!
just tried to back angola in the other game but suspended as i tried due to them scoring :-(
Liverpool look a very big price to me - cant see Pompey being too interested in the cup though the big concern would be the seesaw nature of liverpools last round tie vs Luton
