Thought I'd start a new thread as this is going to be a major talking point this year...have not made up my mind yet...(unlike bucksfizz)....but thinking of voting for an exit as Europe is not doing Britain any good at all it seems....

I don't like the vote as it could drag Brexit out further.
However as getting back sovereignty is one of my main desires so be it.

This vote could back fire massively on the remoaners. They end up voting against the deal negotiated and the EU are likely to say feck you we've had enough and you are leaving on the 29/03/19 so take it or leave it.
We then end up with nothing thanks to the remoaners , although that won't be too much of a disappointment for many of the leavers.

Getting your excuses ready for the mess the exiters will have made by the 19th.
Little boys can say "I didn't mean it. Honest".

As I see it, with Article 50 being triggered, the UK are leaving on 29th March 2019, with or without a deal. There isn't anything in law to reverse that. I think the Tory rebels should be ashamed of themselves and deselected for what they've done.
I'm neither a remainer nor a leaver, but I do need clarity for my future. At the end of last week, there was some clarity. Now, there's nothing.

I would have thought so too it was bad for remoaners as it could mean no deal so that's it , don't see many remoaners bragging this up . Looks like some sackings coming .

Excuses for what Fred ?
We're leaving and I'm happy. As far as a deal goes that's up to the EU and not us and if we leave without one so be it , still better than staying in.
This time last year we had the remoaners taking the government to court to try and delay / stop article 50 being triggered ... that went well.
This year we got Anna Sourpuss and a couple of other losers making their last stand ... won't have any effect on us leaving.

I think Labour is prepared to watch the Brexiters, Little Englanders, the thirteenth county and con splitters make a complete horlocks of their "hidden" negotiations.
The Brexiters are still living in cloud cuckoo land and destroying their own nests.
I wonder when the next General Election will be.

Oh dear!
Viviane Reding's Brexit speech
"They promised a global Britain. Instead they got a lonely Britain" - the barnstorming Brexit speech that's going viral.
("They" meaning Britain's political crooks. Cough, cough.)
