Hi All,
Remember, when you least expect it, a deal comes through, it could be Wal-Mart, or another USA major retailer for Greenseal, or it could be a big UK/USA TPS deal, or ASDA taking the PVA trays and film, or a Frogpack deal, or a Cradlewrap deal, maybe even an Air-Pillow deal, maybe some Phama Capsules via the Carlco JV.
Lots of products, lots of potential, lots of deals to wait for, and one could drop on the mat tomorrow morning, or any second after the open, right up to the closing bell :)
Cheers,
PM

within the above link in regards to Starpol 2000;
".....and can be processed on conventional packaging machinery....."
do they really want that to happen ??
thought they wanted to use their own machinery as well.......once Mondini, Biotec, Stanelco, Wal-mart, ASDA, and all the other massive US retailers return home from their european summer holidays.....

Wal-Mart unit Asda cuts 1,400 jobs UPDATE July 5 2005
LONDON (AFX) - Britain's second biggest grocer Asda, a unit of US giant Wal-Mart Stores Inc, is to axe 1,400 jobs in an attempt to boost earnings after it lost customers to market leader Tesco PLC.
The company said it will plough the money saved from eliminating around 200 head office jobs, and a further 1,200 managerial roles within its stores, into lower prices.

Nice to see some people are really doing their own research - I said there was things to find if you looked - and there is more - well done Adie2003 on FYB - someone who is not taken in by ramp - spin - tip and all that tosh -
Copied from FYB and EarthShock/Shell - DYOR
------------------------------
My understanding of the exclusive worldwide licences granted to Earthshell for all patents of BioTec relating to relating to thermoplastically processable starch, destructurized starch, converted starch or other forms of disoriented starch, including the use of such starch alone or in combination with other materials, excluding any previous non-exclusive licence to Novamon S.P.A. The initial contract details warranted a minimum royalty fee each month ($100k), but this was signed away not so long ago and the debt swopped for shares in the company. So minimum payment is not required until around October 2006.
The licence appears to relate to the following products:
Bags for carry out of food purchased in food service disposable packages, with or without handles
Beverage containers
Hot and/or cold beverage
May or may not be insulating

Also, there seems to be a term in the agreement where a claim cannot be made against Earthshell for breaches of the licence agreement until the 2006 debentures has been settled.
It certainly would be a good idea for Stanelco to clear up this situation prior to the EGM.
---------------------------------------
So SEO get a loss making company - a large debt - but the people selling you this retain their other company which own all the IP and licenses from Biotec the one you are selling - so are you in fact selling a loss making factory for loads of money to people who might be lacking in dilligence and keeping the jewel in the crown yourself - well - Kashy did not become rich for no reason - looks like he is one excellent business man -
And then you get screwed to invest more into Biotec when your JV partner places a large but CONDITIONAL order - and those conditions meaning more things for SE0 to do for Biotec ??
I can see a big dilution not far away in the future now to sort out all this - and weird after my riddles post of yesterday morning the big seller and buyer stop swapping shares - I must post with excellent timing - LOL ;) ???
All IMO - so DYOR !

Tanker, seen that kind of statement before, nothing is a cert until it is in the bag as far as i am concerned not wishing to sound negative as i am in these in a big way, but would like to see some hard news. Regards AB

Thanks Tanker for that clarification - I had a mild panic as to date your predictions have been uncannily accurate.
As you may have seen I have been having a bit of fun with Bosley guessing when the next RNS is due - but that was pure gut feel with nothing more than wind and water guiding us.
Do you have a more scientific estimate of when we might hear news.
Thanks
