GD Potts,

No that is a seperate subscription - you get the premier level access with a basic Shares subscription. If you take out an annual subscription to level 2 (or any of our other annual levels), you can add the Shares magazine for an adition 74

Ian,

Is there a delay between the upgrade and level 2 access starting?

IanT(MoneyAM) - 16 Apr 2007 13:22 - 86 of 91

No Andy,

There is no delay once payment is confirmed - you may still be logged in on your old session prior to upgrade. Clcik on th elog out button and then log back in and try again,

Had a 2 week trial, very impressed. Forgot it was the last day yesterday. Logged on no level 2, shock horror. Now a subscriber. ( Main reason was the quick responses to any problems, you see on the Bugs and Prob page ).
My other site often ignored you for hours, even days.
Not on a commission from Moneyam honest.

Stegrego - 25 Apr 2007 22:44 - 90 of 91

Hi - I currently subscribe to Shares (on a direct debit) but dont have any sub to MoneyAM.

Am very interested in getting level 2 (had a trial last month) on MAM. I also see that Lev2 subscribers can get Shares Mag for 74.

This is favourable compared to the 129 pounds of my current sub.

If i did take up level 2 at 20+vat could i change my sub to Shares to the cheaper version?

Tried to do it online (Lev 2 + 74 quid sub) but it came up with an error several times.

Whats the best way to go about this?

Thanks

IanT(MoneyAM) - 26 Apr 2007 07:05 - 91 of 91

Stegrego,

To be eligible to take the magazine at 74 you would need to take out an annual sub, as the magazine can only be added to a paying annual MoneyAM sub. I will E mail you with the details,

Ian
