i think eric pointed out the "turnkey" phrase in the last major rns. seo cannot provide this until the biotec deal is done and dusted.
i also have a little bit of uncertainty about biotec's patents. who does actually own them? biotec or kashoggi? the link to the earthshell page made things a little muddy, but then again, considering seo's recent history, i would imagine that balchin and his board are experts in patent law and ownership, and it's not something seo should be stiffed on. can anyone clarify?

Bosley, either I'm not doing something right but my search facility on threads does not seem to find anything. Guess Eric will have to remain anonymous. As for EGM questions I have quite a list to ask on the subject of Biotec, etc. Always happy to ask questions for others too.

Never thought I would say this as I have been an FYB addict on SEO for some time now. However, some of its members have reduced the intelligence level on FYB over the past few weeks and now I quite enjoy reading this board.

There are several contributors on here with some very sound and clear thinking which helps to keep the content within the realms of reasonable possibility rather than a load insane hyperbole.

This is one of the best explained articles on the future of oil I have read, its well worth a read, Note the view that the cost of oil based packaging will double.

Although we never know what the future holds, the views given by the author are scary.

Just one excert.... Shipping costs will quickly double, as will the cost of packaging with plastic.

It's getting closer to the EGM, possible news time, and the MM's will drop the price to fill big orders now, knowing that there is likely to be more smaller buys as we get nearer to the EGM, and they can bump the price back up then.

Paul..this stock is MM and order driven so please don't go blaming the MM who will " drop the price to fill big orders now" sounds amateurish mate!

you know i like your views and dedication to the board but that is a bit of a misguided explanation to the drop.

basically slow day, few sellers about and lack of concerted buying. simple explanantion without the consipacy theory!

I've read that today/tomorrow is settlement day for T20 traders who bought on credit hoping fpr a quick profit for zero cash outlay. The MM's drop the price on closing day forcing them to sell at a loss or roll over and earn them a commision that way.

Is this true and is this why many shares, including SEO, have dipped today for no apparent reason? Are T20 periods fixed and where can one see the dates involved? Any knowledgeable views welcome.

I seem to remember you saying that you worked for a broker. If that is so, why do you say that MM are manipulating the price so that they can satisfy some orders coming through. I believe that there were far more buys than sells in terms of shares traded as opposed to the actual number of trades. And if there are big orders coming through, surely that is a sign of faith in SEO by larger than mere retail investors.

Correct me if you think I am wrong.

I would hazard a guess that SEO are likely to release some good news prior to the EGM just to prime the pumps in case there is a slight nervous or negative reaction to what is, or how the proposals are going to be presented to shareholders.

A little off topic - but also on topic as we might be losing PM1 - banned from ADFN and now suspended on FYB - appears he is starting his own website and so as he is in competition with other services like ADV - MAM - FYB - we might not see him anymore.

I would like to pass on to all thread users the following quote from an email I have just received from Paul Masterson:

I think that makes the situation very clear. PM1 has voluntarily relinquished his membership of this site. Needless to say, Fillyaboots will of course accede to his request not to be reinstated as a member.

Back to SEO - looks like a possible fall to 17p or 18p levels -

Big loss at FY results in 2006 - LOL - ;-) - What a stock - what a ramp it was IMO !


And there is no need for things like profit warnings - SE0 have not made a profit for many years - and never stated they would be making a profit - only others have been saying that - the company not - so onwards they go to yet another loss IMO !
