anyone for Zi Med. ? (ZIM)

skyhigh - 15 Dec 2003 16:16

Is anyone into Zi Medical like me ? Gone up a penny today to 7.6p on strength of Sunday Telegraph article - it's looking better, at long last !

Ho Ho another 23% profit. This CERTAINLY a stock to TRADE in with, of course, the knowledge that you have a nice little holding that NEVER MOVES. Its an object lesson that you can all learn...but I bet you dont.

willfagg - 08 Nov 2004 12:26 - 86 of 103

I thinkl it looks a good prospect for the future, but usualy whilst there is some improvement the real gains only start when the revenues and profit start to come in and a well received product review is a way short of this.I will be in but timing it may be difficult also lack of funds prevails. perhaps PET will sky rocket and let me take some profit to put in ZIM (he said hopefully)

all this discussion of when contracts will be announced and whether it will be affected by the election of Dubya...and in the midst of it all I have made an average 24% profit on two trades, within the past six weeks. So. Tell me. Is anyone else out there making money from this stock 'like what I am' Remember, all you 'news hounds' the stock goes up and down on DEMAND and need not be related to 'news'and remember, there are a dozen stocks out there you could do the same with. READ MONEY WEEK AND PROSPER.

Times a coming!!

BANKONE - 27 Nov 2004 22:05 - 89 of 103

hildee, have you heard a whisper on thisone if so can you impart it. Dubya got back in does this mean some medical contracts may be announced sooner rather tha later.

times a coming

BANKONE - 01 Dec 2004 21:59 - 91 of 103

Is there just me and you Hilldee left awaiting the time thats coming

hilldee - 02 Dec 2004 10:34 - 92 of 103

I do hope that this is not the ONLY stock to gain your interest. This one will come round when its due and the MAIN players (who do NOT post on these boards) decide the time is right. This one has proved cyclical amidst a basic good idea and underlying rumors of potential take over, which I still believe to be very possible. One thing for sure. The main impetus in any price rise is not going to come from the folk who inhabit these pages, all of whom seem far more interested in chat than in dealing. There are other stocks of interest on this board BUT there seem to be other boards which provide more insight than Moneyam does.

willfagg - 03 Dec 2004 01:11 - 93 of 103

Bankone, yup interested but funds do not permit and its looking like a but price to me(IMO)

BANKONE - 03 Dec 2004 08:48 - 94 of 103

Is now the time a coming - blue so far but a steep rise on the graph - so vertical i nearly needed an injection by Syringe driver of course (:- ))

willfagg - 03 Dec 2004 08:51 - 95 of 103

excuse previous refernce to bottoms "but" should of course have been "buy". Me spolling snot wery Gud!

hilldee - 28 Dec 2004 11:53 - 96 of 103

Will ANYONE out there admit to having paid 25 pence for this stock? Whilst I cannot understand it, there were trades and must, still, be VERY stale bulls. Its all water under the bridge, now, so why not 'fess up and clear your mind ready for the new year - or am I rubbing salt into the wound?

shaunoneill - 29 Dec 2004 14:14 - 97 of 103

i paid 21p.

hilldee - 30 Dec 2004 11:11 - 98 of 103

Thanks shaunoneill. You cannot have been the ONLY one who moved the market, so there are a LOT of others who still feel the smarting.
NOW to something more constructive. First, depending on the size of your trade, ensure that you notch up a LOSS for the Taxman BUT I would advise that you get back in at anything up to 7p. There is STILL the possibility of a good turn, although there are threats of further fund raising come June.Alternatively, you could re invest the cash in something like Supporta which, hopefully, is going to have a VERY good year. Good Luck - and Thankyou.

hilldee - 05 Jan 2005 12:54 - 99 of 103

'm told they are talking about this one in the bars. Anyone know WHAT the rumor is?

willfagg - 05 Jan 2005 13:26 - 100 of 103

No but now looks a good time and price. They only need a small upturn in orders to start to deliver. So hopefully that is what the talk in the bars is about!Im in

BANKONE - 08 Feb 2005 23:31 - 101 of 103

Willfag and Hildee where are youuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu. ZIM has zammed and thats only on an upbeat tading statement wait until they announce that the contract has been signed and sealed. 20p - 35p soon broker said 14 months ago - years wait but a loss is only a loss when its sold.

hilldee - 09 Feb 2005 09:36 - 102 of 103

Oh. How I love optimism. But you were right to hold on and I STILL believe there is a PREDATOR waiting in the wings - PLUS a big holder who is a seller at the right price.

willfagg - 04 Mar 2005 14:53 - 103 of 103

on approximately level trading buys /sells today the price has dropped 10%? Any one know if there has been an adverse reort on ZIM today in IC or the papers or is just the usual unexplainable activities of those raving loony MM's? Its a Friday they are bored i expect!
