Must have saved you bag loads on pet food.... oh well you can reinvest the money saved on SEO!
Next time he takes a dump.... try Bos'z suggestion and chuck in a lil bit of BBQ sauce, on second thought, maybe chilli sauce will do better!

Come Tuesday, Bos could be producing more spin than Alistair Campbell or an SEO RNS ;)

Do we have to dwell on bodily functions and make posts like the one above?

Commenting on points raised. pokerplayer queries expectations on the EGM and my own comment that unlikely to be a significant RNS but expect something in September. Its really a balance of probabilities. The EGM date is fixed well in advance; could coincide with the timing of an announcement but no particular reason why it should. Captain Guide could have some inside knowledge, of course and there seems to be some confidence in him. My views match those of seroxat (again! - is he connected with those pills I used to take?) that everything is ready to go in the US with Advanced and Premier engineers trained; the ASDA trials results available to Wal-Mart; Starpol available as part of a turnkey solution (after the EGM). No doubt SEO could have closed business with other supermarkets in the US butwill want to give the WM negotiations every chance to come to fruition. If WM delay or play hardball then SEO shouild be able to close other business.
So to give a view on aldwick's investment timing question. There is a reasonable chance that there is really positive news on Tuesday. If not, there should be a trading update (pm has drawn attention to statements at AGMs) that at elast holds the price. If there is really good news anounced then we are away back up to the 28-30p range. Hardly any downside as there appears to be a good support elvel at 18p. Given a scenario where the downside is 1p and the upside 10p I know what I would do!

Eric, re: 8559, above - What are your REVISED: short, med and long term targets, all scenarios being considered, please? Hey, August has not exactly been a brilliant month for us, has it? Red all over the place!

I agree with PM. It would not be any surprise to me to hear of a trading update from Ian at the EGM. After all, he has the stage and the ear of the press. what we don't know is whether he has any new news to impart.
Not worried

Eric
Thanks for bringing the board back "on message". I agree with your sentiments in your post above, but would not be surprised if an announcement was made the day before the EGM. However, I do think that September would be a veritable serialisation of RNSs and lets hope the big one is bagged before too long.

I will continue to monitor both this and FYB.
There are times when this board is more active and there are times when the other board is more active. I do not monitor ADVFN because it has such bad press.

I keep tabs on three boards, including FYB and today there has been more "cr@p" on this board than the two others put together.
However, having said that, there is generally a higher level of discussion here than on one of the others.

Appreciate an explanation from any level 2 experts re the movements post-close. Sitting quite happily with a spread of 19 to 19.5p when up came 18.75 for the latter at 16.33 for a volume of 267: didn't last for long before it vansihed. Does anyone feel they can see the movements in SEO from Level 2 info?
marcus: you address your queries to me althoguh there are others who are closer to the company and the trade. I take particular note of andysmith as working in the trade: he recently reported that orders were accumulating from other ASDA suppliers. I think the only changes in the last three months are: (i) the roll-out has slowed somewhat due to the extended ASDA trials; (ii) nevertheless, these trials were received very positively by ASDA and their suppliers clearly instructed to proceed with orders and in any case their payments would drop on the assumption that they did implement; (iii) positive progress with Biotec and Starpol. Its interesting that the CEO in the US has shut up, obviously under instructions and something is clearly cooking over there, hopefully Wal-Mart. I would be very surprised indeed if WM did not go for Greenseal (presumably with Starpol) in a big way.
This is an investors thread. Short-term trading is an art in itself. I personally invest (with SEO) via CFDs so there is a short-term element there. But it is easier to look ahead some months to when the whole show is on the road. Greenseal remains, so far as I understand, the only product for which we can assess the profit contribution. The sp has built in 1000 machines or so over the nest 2 to 3 years. evolution have not revised their forecast but point out that the size of the market is something like 50000 machines. I am still basing my targets on 5000 machines or an sp of about 1 which would be achieved when that level of target is confidently predicted by the analysts. evo are sitting on their hands at present, quite rightly, but give Tim Freeborn details of a juicy contract and we will quickly have some revised projections. The main thing is to be in for the play which I am saying is a 5-bagger. I think this is pretty close to the concensus from the longer term contributors to this thread. I am reasonably comfortable with this view; what I am not so comfortable about is the short-term trading prospects coming up to the EGM as we just do not know what is to be announced if anything. If its nothing or not much then the market will be disappointed; unlikely, but we don't know. If its Wal-Mart, up and away; unlikely but we should have some progress report. Most likely, a middle route but with enough to act as a basis for sp progress. After all, if they are approving the placing of more shares, even if for an eventuality unknown at present, then they will want to see a healthy market in their shares. Hope this helps. Other views?
