A meaty 31m Stanelco changed hands and the close was 2p better at 12p. Evolution increased its target price to 20p from 10p after it announced that supermarkets giant Asda had successfully trialled one of its food packaging products. The broker believes that Stanelco is on the verge of a startling transformation from struggling manufacturer to a globally successful developer of packaging technology.

I understand that Evolution, in addition to raising price target to 20p, are supporting company projections of 200 machines this year, 1000 next and 1000 in 2007. Turn these into based on a list price (obviously quantity discounts) of 40K per machine and 30K royalties thereafter. We could be talking about turnover between 50m and 100m in 2007 with excellent margins because of royalty payments. Di's sp of 50p certainly looks achievable. 20p should be achieved once machine orders are confirmed from Asda and /or others.

Well done Jimmy..I'm wishing I bought some more yesterday..but I bought PDX instead but at least that is a few quid in profit already. When I sell something else I think I will buy some more SEO again.

Im with you Di, waiting for COH results hopefully in profit then into SEO again, what a lovely position to be in at present, my old boss was the one who tipped me SEO about 18 months ago, could never envisage this price though...

Eric, I don't have as much dosh in my portfolio as you but SEO currently represents 1/3rd...I think there is room form a few more shares once I can take profit on something else.

media coverage seems to be good at the mo so can only be good for the price. this morning just seems to be buy buy buy. probably drop of soon wont it? when people get jitters or profit take
