The TiTiNE-1 well has reached a final depth of 2,550 m in the Djeno formation (Lower Cretaceous). Between 1,775 and 1,875 metres, a siltstone area has shown hydrocarbon indications. As a result of measurements performed at the end of the drilling, it appears that this interval (mainly composed of gas) does not suggest viable commercial development due to its distance from potential markets. The well has therefore been plugged and abandoned."

This will not affect sp from here imo. Hopefully now it will start to rise. As this is maybe whats been holding us back recently.

Only a 14% interest in the duster though!
I wonder if the previous predictions of 72/73p are not far from reality (coupled with DMA support)?

a duster is a duster is a duster .Even 14% of a duster is hardly the news we had been hoping for . Possibly, as blanche suggests, it could explain static s/p of late as if rumours of T1 were suspected a couple of weeks ago....What we are left pondering is how much the Tie well was factored into s/p ,,,,,,,on face value not a lot looking at reaction of the market.

one could say similar, though in reverse, where TLW "had a result" this morning but sp has only moved 10p as slice was only 7.5%

Possibly...but Afren are pumping about 27000 barrels as we speak and soon that figure should increase by 15000 or so.
