Off for two weeks visiting the wife's relatives - I won't call it a holliday! I will keep an eye out for moving chimney pots - you never know what some of her relatives could do with a broomstick!

Socks, It says the aircraft used varies according to venue but at most centres you will fly in a modern light aircraft such as a cessna, or a british slingsby firefly? It says your experience includes the chance to enjoy a variety of aerobatic manoeuvres and have the opportunity of piloting the aircraft yourself. I wonder if the pilot will let me land the thing? :-)
jeffmack, when you are ready for another gee gee session let me know, it's in your hands.
I shall make a brew before i pop off again.

Dave - I got your email via the BB so don't worry.
OK where's the punchbag gone?? Is it down in the cellar now?
I an totally furious this morning....
Opened curtains to see number one son's car damaged, during the
night some low-life (may the fleas of the thousand camels infest their
groins!!) has broken into his car and trying to remove his stereo system.
Broken window..wires /broken disconnected..broken dash compartment handle/lock....missed aluminium cover from petrol cap cover....neon light gone...'subs' and speakers did just survive, we assume they were disturbed before actually taking them out of the vehicle, cos they were disconnected & 'ready to go'
It just ain't funny - you've got the kids who are working and trying to
make a living and get on and then there's those who are just scum!!!
Ok sorry...I'll go and 'kill' the punchbag to try and get it out of my system,
it may not be my car but you know how it is when it's your kids..and of course
you pick up the repair bill for the window for them to try and help...

Hi stockbunny. Sit down and I shall make you a bite of lunch. My daughter had same experience with her car damaged two weeks ago - someone had taken a key along the side of the car while it was parked in Gloucester. She had only bought it the day before and was "crushed"! Sounds like you have had a lot worse damage though so just be grateful nobody was hurt.
I am currently baking birthday cake for 17 year old son (thought they got past the cake baking age!) who gets back from geography trip to Iceland this morning. Can see my baking is out of practice - afore-mentioned cake, if launched at your burglar, would have definitely knocked him out cold! oys of being a single parent!
Cheers :-))

Bunny
very sorry to hear - maybe a nice warm glass of Red would help soften the blow.
There is a lot of scum around, but letting them get to you is part of what they want!

GD, yes, the kids get about but that's why I am permanently attached to the PC to pay for the wanderings! Good news is they always head back in this direction, so no reason to grumble. Anyway, who would look after my poochy if I headed off? :-))
