Bioprogress is a stock I have been in and out of quite a few times since it floated in May but not much mention here on the Investors' Room. Does anyone else follow this stock. I see it is up 1.5p today and a few good buyers seem to have appeared.

if you believe stock market folklore, the news is in the price already. the city is corrupt and us small punters only hear about the good news once the fat cats have filled their boots. i am optimistic that tuesday will see a rise at best or static at worst. ( mind you im not a multimillionaire yet )

hyle...yes nasdaq, ubs probably as appointed us brokers, wyeth, court case, glaxo and septum, wafertab deals, etc etc....please I know alot more than you give me credit for!!!
September:
- Details of Nasdaq listings
- Possibly early court judgement, but Sept most likely
- New advisor - UBS, Merril Lynch
- Some institutions reaching 3% holding limit (UK)
- an uplift in bio / tech buying similar to Jan & Feb 03
- Broker note (maybe earlier if holding back for an rns)
- Nasdaq floatation
- Court judgement
- Institutions reaching 3% holding limit (UK & US (if relevant))
- US pharmas reaching 3% holding limit (if applicable or alternative SEC ruling)
- Possibly bids - ISP, Cardinal, other US suitor where synergies exist, but rejected
- Results
+ new director(s)
+ new manufacturing plant (US &/or UK)
+ maybe new license deal to coincide
+ progress updates of already announced licenses:
FMC
Perrigo
Aquafilm
Bristol Myers etc
Oct - December:
- US pharmas reaching 3% holding limit (if applicable or alternative SEC ruling)
- Institutions reaching 3% holding limit (UK & US (if relevant))
- Further bid rumours / approaches
- Wyeth FULL license, maybe earlier to coincide with court ruling in Sept?
Outside odds:
Vet deal
Septum
Bonus license
Expansion of license deals to existing licensees
Lets wait and see what happens. They might come earlier or later so don't count your chickens just yet. Lets wait for the surprises but a lot the above are factual dates.
IMO, September is the big push, with the build up starting next week into August. The catalyst for me is the Nasdaq listing and court hearing.
