If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

I can't get a current (delayed) FTSE value ontop of my Stockwatch. It's stuck at 21.52 last night. Ctrl F5 doesn't seem to work.

TT,
Thanks for this. We do have a problem with this that we are working on, but it should not be sticking at 21.52.
can you try the following.
Close and restart your PC.
Download the latest Java plugin from the link in the Help section of this site under the FAQ section.
The problem we are experiencing is that the ticker is sticking, but not at a time from last night, and it should update upon refresh.
Let me know what happens with the above.
Thanks Ian

Ian,
I have rebooted and tried a CTRL F5 refresh but still get the 21.52 timing at the top with the FTSE value.
I can't download a new java applet as I do not have administrator rights for this PC ( techs don't trust mere staff!!) and so can't try that option.
Any other suggestions?

On stockwatch page clicking the chart, trades or L2 buttons, until today, opened a new page, now it replaces the page i have open. Apologies if this is not a MoneyAM problem, but a problem with the updated Safari browser i'm using....obviously using a Mac.

Waldorfo,
May have the answer to this. Can you check to see if streaming is turned on on the stockwatch page? If not can you turn it on and this should clear the problem.

We don't have safari to replicate the problem in the office, but it would seem to be linked to the update you have done if it was all ok before then.
is there another pc/mac you can access the account from - we will be able to see then if it is the mac/safari

Same problem using IE 5.2, thats about all i can try...thats not strictly true as i have VPC, but its far to slow...Safari is, by a good margin the quickest.

Recently signed up for L2 but repeatedly have to double click on stockwatch to get lists. Also repeatedly getting website not responding when moving between pages. Hope I am not repeating problems already raised.

Photomad,
By double click on stockwatch, are you talking about the 2 icon, or are you having problems getting access to the actual stockwatch screen?
can you E mail me support@moneyam.com

Tried a search on the Traders' Board and this was the response:
500Servlet Exception
java.lang.OutOfMemoryError
Is that me or you?
