I bought shares in this company at 4.5p in September 2003. I see they are rising. Can anyone tell me please the growth potential for this company as they have just been awarded several new contracts ?

I have made a great profit on this stock. Bought at 6p, sold at 10p. Nearly doubled my money, delighted with that. Am lookin forward to a bumper Christmas!
As for recent fall, I dont blame anyone at all. My sentiments I think are clear in that I feel the rampers have been totally disingenuous.
I totally agree that stocks without profits can climb to dizzy heights on very little news.
My point to followers of this board is that, this stock and stocks like it are difficult to value as investments. They certainly cant be quantified the way some have tried to and at ridiculously high P/E ratios they offer new investors no margin of safety whatsoever.
I bet anyone who bought in at 18pence is pretty pi**ed off!
Let me be positive on what growth there is here. I will buy back in if the stock drifts to 9-10pence. Otherwise I will wait for more info, even if that means missing some gains in the interim.
First rule of investing - dont lose money.
Second rule, dont forget first!!

Personnally i can't see them below 10p, more likely to trade near 5-10% discount price of mid 28 Nov. & with any positive news more likely to reach 20p as I can't see institutes investing if no upside forethcoming. Can anybody see a bigger discount??

Nop dipys100.
The chart still looks good for CWV, IMHO, still well off the lower trend line and the high RSI (20 day) in the upper sixties was indicating a retrace but no real danger signs in the chart at all. Looks like it might have settled today at the levels but in my humble opinion this will progress upwards over the next few days and weeks and has not actually been 'in trouble' at all.
Best Wishes,
Sue.

Charts since Share Mag tip dont give a good reflection, except perhaps for day traders, and even those are risky given the spreads and decreasing volumes.
The 50 day moving average is around 7 pence, the 200 day which shows longer term trend is around 3.5 pence!
The market is the collective buying and selling conscience of all investors. It is currently saying investors are unsure of the discount to be offered in a placement and the effect any dilution will have on future earnings per share.

I accept this is a growth stock in growing markets and I will buy for longer term at the right price,
BUT:-
I would be interested in hearing views of longer term players, who have a realistic view of the revenues available to CMS given the monetary size of contracts, which up to now dont amount to huge amounts of dosh.
What are the barriers to entry for any competitors who could enter the market?
How long would other players take to develop similar technology? Could banks or investment houses offer the products?
Any investors out there interested in these issues?

This company has a great potential no doubt of that, yes it could be other competitors which may bring same technology or even better one, in this competitive enviromental companies tend to upgrade their technolgies. CWS will be ready to upgrade too. Another good point is that is not expensive which makes it attractive companies who are ready to cost cuts. futhermore, it is an attractive buy for bigger companies, eg reuters, thompson or bloomberg. This stock should be seen as a medium to long term buy, lets all remember that.

Sorry meant to post this earlier from todays paper, don't know if the same applies to these shares regarding some earlier posts.
THE murky affair at ROOM SERVICE took another turn yesterday.
Dealings in the former food delivery tiddler are being probed after traders sold more shares in the firm than actually exist.
The stock is now suspended. Curiously, despite this, three chunky trades went through yesterday.
Now investors claiming 80 per cent of Room Service have launched a full takeover. And that might force traders to pay for surplus shares they sold.

DOWN TO 6.12% 11-12 8 TRADES SO FAR. Vol a misery of 166000 shares. WE have not seen the bottom yet guys. However, shares prices tend to go down before any fund rising is announced. In addition to this, as Sue suggested the money is not survival which is a good sign. Most share prices tend to move upwards within 6 months of fundrising.

Where are all the latest posts? This subject appears every day but recently there have been no posts on the thread. This share's price has come down and I would like to know whether it's worth buying again.

Sue, have you got any views on why this share seems to fall in price each time you assure us that it has bottomed out? Have you had to revise your bottom or are the quoted prices incorrect (10.5-11.0 @ 12:38)? After your last statement I'm beginning to think that the market makers must be getting it all wrong today? Maybe they had their Xmas party last night and are just entering duff data? Anyway, we hope you are topping up like mad or do you think the price is now too low?
