The new season kicks off soon and I thought it would be good to hear some predictions and thoughts on the new season.
Personally predicting Man City to be the new champions whilst Man Utd get relegated.
Just post anything football related,

Easy win for the Blues last night. Considering `Boro got good draws at Arsenal and Bolton they were made to look vastly inferior to the hard working City slickers.

Boro are inferior seeming as they got zero shots on target. Boro should be relegated as they are tactically inept and bore other teams to death!

the cracks could be still be seen though, DeBeasly looked good.
Micah looked like the potentially world class player that he is and i agree boro do look poor.
I feel a bit sorry for the chariman who's ended up with southgate as a manager.
Big night for Barca!

Shouldn`t it be Ms Fabragas? Miss is so last year!.
Personally I`d vote for Ms Henry as my miss of the season. ;-))

Rosicky has to be miss of the season because all he had to do was side foot it into the net using his left foot but managed to mess his feet up and turn it into a backpass with his right

Well im a gooner and it was embarassing to be so much on top and yet fail to score, how Wenger can say it was the best we have played since his tenure in charge, I shall never know... Should be a hatful against sorry West Ham on Sunday... might have to bring Henry into my fantasy football team.

Henry is in my Sun Dream Team and hasn't performed as well as I would have hoped. Eboue needs to return as I have him aswell!

Well im 1300 in the telegraph and hoping to make the paper, have no arsenal players, as too expensive but may have to bite the bullet and bring Henry & Fabregas in...

Think you have to give Mr Wenger and his scouting staff some credit for finding these gems, eboue looks like another excellent find too...

Hmmh, just wondering how all our footie predictions are fairing at this midway stage of The Prem. Season?
If you swap my 1st. and 3rd. forecasts around then my top 4 Prem. positions are correct. The Rams are currently top of the Coca Cola Championship and heading straight for The Promised Land (although will prob slip back to 2nd. pos. (my initial forecast) short term, once Birmingham play their 2 games in hand).
Chelsea are struggling (relatively speaking, of course) in 2nd. pos. but must admit to being surprised at Aston Villa's mediocre display? Guess Martin O'Neil inherited a bunch of average players to work with. But Bolton are right up there in the mix of things, as i always thought they would be under Big Sam (England's next mgr?)!

Sam makes the most out of bad players, don't think he could handle the england job, especially as transfers arent involved.
Micah richards the new england captain in 5 years pledges his future to Man City as Does Joey Barton - A few good signings and we'll be back up the table - So tight around those Uefa places - Its anybody's from 6th to 13th.
