Bought in today... have missed out on the impressive gains so far but solid progress is being made here and a good story developing so it looks good for more gains in the near future (imho)....

Quindell Portfolio, the brand extension company, says trading has continued positively in the period under review, building on the strong performance delivered by the Group in the first half.

The company expects to be significantly ahead of market expectations for the 15 month period ending 31 December 2011.

The Group announced back in October that it had won contracts with six established brands and one exciting new digital brand within the insurance, telecoms and utilities sectors, including for the first time, solar energy; and that revenues for 2011 were expected to be ahead of market expectations.

Since then, the Group has won further major contracts with established brands within the telecoms, utilities, on-line education and insurance sectors for both its technology enabled business process outsourcing division and software solutions division.

In aggregate, these contract wins could contribute over £6 million of annualised revenues. In addition, the Group has acquired two further businesses, Maine Finance and, most recently, Mobile Doctors Group Plc.

Margin performance has also been strong and, for 2011, margins are expected to be between 35 and 40 per cent. within its technology enabled business process outsourcing operations

Its not that HARRY i just broke one of my rules and bought double what i would usually .

Greyhound - 07 Apr 2014 16:25 - 885 of 1965

I do that jimmy, buying twice your usual tranche does help you to force a sell! But I haven't here yet (rightly or wrongly). I'd like to benefit from the AIM>FTSE100 effect, if this is a perfect storm! Need to get my slide rule out again.

HARRYCAT - 07 Apr 2014 16:33 - 886 of 1965

Good result then jimmy! Makes for a buttock clenching ride! ;o)

jimmy b - 07 Apr 2014 16:41 - 887 of 1965

Yup,, but as Greyhound says it can force you in to a sell .

Zurich Canada chooses QPP solutions. Thought for the day: pause for breath and consolidate or break higher for new uptrend?

Greyhound - personally, I'd prefer a period of consolidation, but Dil probably has other ideas! :-)

Balerboy - 08 Apr 2014 07:41 - 894 of 1965

it consolidated at 35p...... contracts are contracts it's gotta go.....

Dil - 08 Apr 2014 08:16 - 895 of 1965

No I agree with you skinny , bit of consolidation around 80p would be positive before the next leg up :-)

Greyhound - 08 Apr 2014 08:27 - 896 of 1965

Did anyone pick up on the Investors Chronicle article - Quindell says it is also considering a North American listing once the UK full listing beds down.
