Did someone say its calmed down LOL, 250,000 buy and we have the first broker to broker trade.

aldwickk - 09 Feb 2005 10:34 - 893 of 27111

Bid price down 0.25, thought price was due for tick up.

jimmy b - 09 Feb 2005 10:38 - 894 of 27111

Come on SEO,, i got in a bit late on this one

Dynamite - 09 Feb 2005 10:43 - 895 of 27111

Jimmy no way did you get in too late...a temporary retracement due to short term profit takers maybe and then up, up, up. There is always the dips as profit taking ocurrs. This share is still very cheap IMHO

AdieH - 09 Feb 2005 10:50 - 896 of 27111

Your husband must be very pleased with you DI... wish my wife was into shares as you seem to be...

jimmy b - 09 Feb 2005 10:58 - 897 of 27111

Yes thanks Dynamite

Dynamite - 09 Feb 2005 11:02 - 898 of 27111

Yes Adie...he now admits I am right when it comes to shares. He is fantasizing about buying a TVR with the profits! Don't forget I am here all day anyway as I run two websites and do all the admin for our computer software company. I might as well trade too. I just have a lot of screens in front of me. Get your wife to read Shares mag or inspire her with your great success on SEO and PDX Adie.

Sabine45 - 09 Feb 2005 11:20 - 899 of 27111

Hi all,
My husband is very happy too, that I enjoy dealing in shares. Especially when I showed him how much we'd made so far and the huge potential for growth. I bought in at 6p, so it's all going well.
He was a bit nervous when Pet went south, but I've just showed him the bit in the Daily Mail about SEO and he's got faith in me to get out when I feel it's right.
The only way is up (I sincerely hope) Bound to be some profit taking soon, though. I'm holding on tightly at the moment.

Sabine

AdieH - 09 Feb 2005 11:25 - 900 of 27111

Well done Di & Sabine, lucky husbands. My wife would rather put her money in premium bonds, but saying that she has won about 500 in a year, so not a bad return. She did buy some shares in Pace some time ago 500 went to 10,000 and she got greedy only to bank 1500 instead of 10,000 maybe thats why she isn't so keen on share dealing now...

Dynamite - 09 Feb 2005 11:40 - 901 of 27111

Adie.. your wife sounds like my hubby. But at least your wife 3 timed her money. This would spur me on to try again.
Well done Sabine

shao - 09 Feb 2005 11:41 - 902 of 27111

just checking the historical prices on this and noticed that in 1989 to 1990 the price fell from 80p to 6p with no trading volume whatsoever. how and why does this happen? could someone please explain to me, bit of a novice. here's the link

Another brilliant day so far. More and more people are jumping on the band wagon. Are you all as excited as my packaging colleagues? Don't be tempted to take profits, these will go a lot further.
