If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

We don't have safari to replicate the problem in the office, but it would seem to be linked to the update you have done if it was all ok before then.
is there another pc/mac you can access the account from - we will be able to see then if it is the mac/safari

Same problem using IE 5.2, thats about all i can try...thats not strictly true as i have VPC, but its far to slow...Safari is, by a good margin the quickest.

Recently signed up for L2 but repeatedly have to double click on stockwatch to get lists. Also repeatedly getting website not responding when moving between pages. Hope I am not repeating problems already raised.

Photomad,
By double click on stockwatch, are you talking about the 2 icon, or are you having problems getting access to the actual stockwatch screen?
can you E mail me support@moneyam.com

Tried a search on the Traders' Board and this was the response:
500Servlet Exception
java.lang.OutOfMemoryError
Is that me or you?

Could the Title of the Stockwatch page be changed please. It just has the default MoneyAM title. I have streaming stockwatch for FTSE 100 stocks, but my AutoRefresher can't distinguish between it and other AM pages.
I know you care. :-)

Ian,
I have a recurrent problem with my Stockwatch and L2 prices in that they constantly freeze. The traffic light shows still connected but the screen is effectively dead. The only way to start it up again is to F5 refresh the stockwatch or click on the find company on the L2.
Is there something I should be doing to my setup to stop this as I am back to the situation of the old ADVFN concurrent L2 price feed?

TT,
This shouldn't be happening. I will talk to our Tech guys about this and see if it could be something in your system. If it happens today, can you let me know by E mailing me ian@moneyam.com then I can compare our feeds at the same time to make sure it is not a problem at this end.
Regards
Ian
