Why are we again at 10.5p bid?
It doesn't add up...
Good Results + Strong buying pre results + Christmas online buying soon = Price drop
Then again some companies that have debt for equity hanging in the balance, poor results and bankruptcy around the corner and they go up!
Why sell now at a loss?
Wont that be a kick in the teeth when we see 13.5p 14p again!
Best of luck all.

Douggie,
I'm still here but like any share that drops so does the interest. There were a lot of short termers into the share who are now out and the take profits recommendation in Shares today hasn't helped. Have to admit have been reading other BBs to gather more info. Most long termers seem to be happy to ride out the storm - the fundamentals are still strong as are the long term prospects. One theory appears to be that 40% of the shares are out loan and the share is being aggressively shorted in the immediate term down to 20p - however, even some of those shorters admit the long term is great but thought the share price rise was overdone compared to the results - hence are shorting down to 20p at which stage they will then go long. Personally, am still long the share for the long term and am looking to add when the dust finally settles. Are you still holding? short term/long term? what about others?

Iam holding these shares still and looking for the long term. As you quite rightly say, the fundamentals are right within this company Iam sure given a few months we will be seeing 40p.
One to put in the bag and air it in a few months...

I have a few shares at present. will buy more once it has passed the 28p resistance. good company, niche market, good profits but unfortunately the graph shows a sell sign at present because the share has broken through the 10 day moving average (for short to medium term holders). however, even though the graph shows sell signs, i believe this company will do well so going against my principles, i am holding the few shares i re-bought recently. besides, having sold twice in the last month, this company has done fantastic for me so far!
heres looking forward to more profits rtd.

thanks Fundamentalist..jd Ihad been expecting and saying when others were longing for results, to futher boost price, that I have seen too often price fall at post good results, I had made my mind up to sell profit part my holding imediatly prior to tue post, to buy back in as now was wrong footed when price fell 10days prior to news, hoped this wouldnt happen again after news, as we now know it did, now feeling ruefull not having sold some to buy back in, dont realy want to sell at this price even tho. I have a very good profit , but scared they will fall significantly futher, all new trader/investor problemI spose.I am away next week so decision day tomorrow. Ido intend to hold my initial investment med/long term.... would have liked to have extra bite cherry missed that chance this time ;o((

Evening folks. This is a stock I have been watching for a while, didn't buy in early enough, did expect a fall after the results, so waited and bought yesterday at 23.2. Agree that the long term is healthy and hope the short termers are all but out now. How I wish I'd waited a bit longer though!

Greetings to all holders/traders.
I think the MM's have really upset a lot of RTD fans this week.
Hence it's gone quiet on this thread recently.....
How easy it was for us all to get excited whilst the share price was on the up.
I had 300,000 shares in this last week........... thankfully managed to get out, just in time, without too much of a loss.
It's amazing how you can think more clearly when you can stop worrying about your potential losses.
Overall, this stock has been good to me in the last 6 months.I,like Javed, have
managed to trade successfully.
What of the future, somebody recently asked. The honest answer is 'nobody knows'.
(My opinion only) this share WILL break 'new highs'; however, I see it testing
support at 18.75p before we get there. Sorry chaps (and ladies) but that's my
target before I pile in again.
Meanwhile, let's support and encourage each other and share more views,
particularly when the chips are down.
Regards.

amardev - i agree with what you have said. this thread should be kept alive and encourage and support each other as we all know that rtd is a good company.
nematode - are you still holding? if so what is your strategy. by the way, i never thanked you for your email after we last spoke on here. i accept your apology and dont worry about it. i was unable to reply back to you from maneyam as you have not put in an email address.
i cant see that many moe sellers after today. anyone who is pondering selling will do so before the weekend. i think monday onwards we may see some buying and small price movements upwards.

I had held these and sold way too early (at 16.5p) after thinking it just can't carry on upwards in virtually a straight line - and tried to rectify the loss in extra profits by spread betting long at 25.90 (lack of funds) - OUCH! - still hold the bet and really hope you're wrong amardev in that THIS is bottom ie 20.5-21 but I can see that the selling is still continuing - I need to avoid 19p and then I believe it'll start heading north again

Why are there so many "unknown" deals in this share to-day
A lot of them seem to be buys.

still p???ed off from last 2 weeks on RTD and rest of stock market. These MMs have been playing too many games for too long. Its a good job its a long term investment for me or else i'd physically come down to london and blast these arses off this planet.
When RTD had last results they did the same thing in Sep and carried on from 13.62p down to 9p in early Dec. In other words knocked it down for no reason for 3.5 months. Totally disgraceful behaviour.
About time managers at Collins Stewart and the like were put in jail. Its a good job they r overcrowded plus fact we have a corrupt government

Sigh of relief!
I bought back in too early but now I'm nearly back where I was.
Good luck all for the long term.

investors you must remember that mms are in to make money like yourselfs, but there strategy is different, like last week because the price was already priced in the share never touched 26p,so when results are out, they start shaking all the panic buyers to sell down to 20.50 thats where there profits are,and now they will slowly walk this up again, where to i dont know! they still have some buyers who payed 27-28p so they want them to stay in,unless there is any more contract news soon,i suspect these will hover around 21-26p for some time to come.
