Any chance they might make a profit sometime soon, not with their overheads methinks? This company is being run for the benefit of the directors and management not for the benefit of shareholders.

BABCP appoints first-ever Patrons
A SENIOR Appeal Court judge and his wife has been appointed as the BABCPs first-ever Patrons.
Sir Mark and Lady Rachel Waller set up the Charlie Waller Trust in their sons name when he committed suicide after suffering from depression. The couple have funded the first ever Chair of CBT in Britain and created a web site specifically for students suffering from depression.
They were honoured and delighted
to accept being nominated as Patrons following a meeting of the BABCP Board.
Sir Mark and Lady Rachel have worked tirelessly since their son Charlies death ten years ago to raise greater public awareness of depression and the value of CBT as a treatment.
As well as creating their own charity, the Charlie Waller Trust, they have also begun a national programme of employing staff to raise awareness amongst GPs and nurses, created a web site about depression amongst students and supported Lord Layards crusade to make CBT more accessible.
BABCP President David Veale said: They have done a huge amount in a very practical way to reduce the stigma which still surrounds depression, to make more people aware of CBT therapy and to provide real help to other young people.
They are extremely committed and active and will be very effective champions for CBT I am very proud that they have agreed to be the first ever Patrons of the BABCP, as the leading organisation for CBT in the UK.
Sir Mark one of Britains most senior judges said: Its ten years now since Charlie died, but our main thought ever since has always been to do all that we can to make sure that there are fewer young people like him who will suffer from depression.
And to make sure that there are fewer families who have to go through what we went through. It helps us to know that we are doing something useful.
The Charlie Waller Trust (http://www.cwmt.org/index.html) has contributed 250,000 for the first chair in CBT at Reading, held by BABCP member Professor Roz Shafran.
The web site for students - Students Against Depression - is at (http://www.studentdepression.org/site/)
Sir Mark and Lady Rachel have also welcomed the Governments recent announcement of 170million to improve access to psychological therapies like CBT.
Sir Mark said: CBT has unquestionable relevance as a psychological therapy for conditions such as depression, because its efficacy can be tested. It is evidence-based.
We are delighted to give our support to the BABCP in any way that we can.
A fuller version of this article is available in the latest edition of CBT Today, which also includes news about awards for two young researchers.

New psychotherapy services cannot arrive fast enough
Responding to Nick Clegg's speech on waiting times for mental health services, Paul Farmer, chief executive of Mind, said:
"These figures give us a flavour of the postcode lottery faced by people seeking help for the most common mental health problems, such as depression and anxiety. Three years is too long to make someone wait for help that could transform their life, possibly even save their life.
"Data on waiting times for mental health services isn't routinely collected or published. Without proper monitoring and targets, it's far too easy for mental health services to be sidelined. Nine out of ten GPs say they're forced to prescribe antidepressants because waiting lists for the recommended talking treatments are so long in many areas.
"The Government's recent injection of money to improve access to psychological therapies is an excellent first step, but so far they have only made a commitment to reach half the country. We need a guarantee that there will be prompt access to mental health care for everyone who needs it, regardless of where they live. Meanwhile, though, talking treaments should be a priority for all primary care trusts. Scrimping on basic mental health services is a false economy. If someone can't get help when they first need it, their health will deteriorate, and they will require more intensive care later on."
Would you like to share your story to help Mind's campaign for talking treatments? Email talk@mind.org.uk if you've had to wait for therapy and would be willing to speak out about your experiences.
Mind is a member of the We Need To Talk campaign for better access to talking treatments.

A straight upward run until the Govt's March deadline now imo......
Lets also not forget the pressure on the company to release some good news prior to the AGM two weeks tomorrow, the release of the accounts for H1, The first tranche of 30 million new IAPT money becoming available in April, the 1.3 million of deferred income already banked for this year, the fact that the company is cash positive and debt free etc etc etc
The Shareholder Group welcomes both the greater transparency provided in the recently released full year accounts and the statements by the CEO and Chairman indicating a greater degree of compliance with the Combined Code of Corporate Governance.
The Notice of AGM sets out 8 resolutions for consideration at the meeting:
1. To receive the Accounts and the reports of the directors and auditors thereon
2. To receive and adopt the Directors Remuneration Report
3. To re-elect Dr Charlie Martin as a director of the Company
4. To re-elect John Smith as a director of the Company
5. To re-appoint Nexia Smith & Williamson as auditors and to authorise the Directors to determine their remuneration
6. To authorise the directors to allot shares
7. To disapply statutory pre-emption rights
8. That the amendment to the share option scheme be adopted
It is important that you vote on these resolutions because the proposals only become binding when they are adopted so please take the trouble to do so.
