From memory there were a few specific investments that could move 5% either way in one day. Part of the problem was timing the buy and sell (or at least when we could do it!)

Hi Pat. We are all members of Alex's team. Why don't you join us? Transfer fees may be involved to tempt us to leave. BTW it's skill not luck that counts. TOK

Hmmm, maybe I will join your team.

Have you got room for a slim one?

patroclus - 30 Jun 2010 17:02 - 24 of 139

I am happy to join your team. If that's OK, please tell me the token code.

The rules allow us to join up to 5 teams. So you welcome to join my team, as well as being in your own team.

patroclus - 30 Jun 2010 18:52 - 25 of 139

Due to popular demand, I have managed to recruit the maximum 20 members for my team.

However, I am allowed to create up to 5 teams. So I have started a 2nd team. If you haven't joined the 1st team, you are welcome to join the 2nd team.

The token for the 2nd team is:

little woman - 01 Jul 2010 10:32 - 27 of 139

Twice I have researched and made selections and the system just says I have cash.

Guess what, I just logged in and it says "Your selection was saved at 21:20:34 on 30 Jun 2010" - and it still says cash - no funds

I may just leave it as cash.............

The Other Kevin - 01 Jul 2010 11:32 - 28 of 139

Hi LW. Nice to meet up again. I think you'll find your "saved" selection will show as active tomorrow when today's EOD prices are factored in. But, then again, I could be wrong. Bullie should know.
